I don’t normally write reviews but due to all the media around Carers at the moment and how under appreciated they can sometimes feel, I’d like to sing the praises of one special lady, that has really pulled out the stops when it comes to “being a Carer” Since lockdown mum’s mobility has slowly got worse, without going into mum’s illnesses, we as a family realised she needed extra help. DT Care Services was recommended, and we decided to try them out. I raised my concerns re mum’s needs, and I was assigned a young lady called Shamina… As I live on the other side of the border, it was worrying times as we had to have a stranger attend to mum’s needs, but Shamina has gone above and beyond caring for my mum! Not only has she shown empathy towards my mum, she has quickly become part of the family. Helping out with mum’s medical appointments, chores around the home, shopping and generally giving me great peace of mind. I’m fully aware that what Shamina does, is purely part of her good nature and not part of her job description, but I really do appreciate all she does. Shamina, your a star and an asset to DT Care Services!!! Thank you so much for treating my mum, as you would your mum!

I write regarding my elderly neighbour's care experience. We had horrifying carers with a company favoured by the NHS. So come the time of finally moving to DT Care, we were cynical. Our cynicism was misguided. Once my neighbour and his primary carer were accustomed to one another, they were a dream team. My neighbour's life was made happier for Sam's manner. Yes, they have to crack on, but the time they give is quality, considered and kind.

Another appalling care company in hall green just taking the money from Birmingham council…NOT ABIDING TO CARE PLANS with carers staying for 6,10 12 minutes when being paid for 30! School children could do a better caring job! They can’t read labels on cupboards, they struggle to make a sandwich, the don’t show up at last visits sometimes leaving the client in the chair all night, they leave the pad unchanged in the day for 12 hours .. the list is endless ! It’s not even basic care! Very in educated and certainly UNTRAINED people scamming the system ..AVOID

D.T service care, are very professional and caring, members of the team, especially Meru always showing compassion and care I have always felt comfortable with the carers, they are well trained in hoisting and lifting and positioning mom and making her very comfortable. I would highly recomend the company.

We are very happy of the carers and my grandmother is happy with the carers and they arrive on time. The carers are very polite and helpful. My grandmother feels safe in the hand of dt care services thank you the carers appreciate it.

All the carers and company were wonderful in their care of my mother,always punctual and caring and professional.I can certainly recommend them to any individual.

Basically the name should be changed from DT care to DONT care care

The care services were ok at first, but few months down the nurses started to take less time with patient only 5mins when suppose to take 30mins rushing everytime,not enough care or effort was made,when i confronted one of them she started to shout and try to make out we're lieing when i have them on video coming in late and only spending 5mins,please watch them.

Brilliant service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did a fantastic job caring for my mother and would highly recommend DT Care Services.
