Tammy is the WORST customer service person EVER!!!!!. 50yrs and still can’t get it right and follow instructions. Telling a paying customer to send her proof they delivered a 950.00 dollar dumpster to the wrong location. Very UNPROFESSIONAL #KAREN

Wanted to charge me $125.00 for my trailer. Told the rude lady im going to Granger. I was charged $42.00 at Granger. Got 212,000 followers in mid michigan that now know to stay away from this place. Granger is only 5 miles away.

We've been working with Daggett for a couple months now, renting a roll off box for our current construction project, and they've been great to work with! Quick turnarounds for swaps-almost always same day, responsive, and super friendly. Highly recommend this family business for anyone in the Lansing and surrounding areas!

This place sorts all of your rubbish very carefully and recycles just about everything even stuff that most places won't and they are usually a little more affordable than land filling operations so you can just clean out the garage or haul your unwanted stuff to them without worry .

Best customer service ever this is the second time using Daggett Dumpster service. Everyone is so helpful. The price that is quoted to you over the phone is the price that you pay, no hidden cost. Timely deliver and pick up. The lady that answered the phone is very helpful and help me decide what size dumpster that I needed and answered all of my questions. I have recommended them to several people and will contacting them Daggett in the spring for the rest of my clean up.

I have had to use Daggett recently and had a wonderful experience. From the lady that I had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone to the gentleman that came to drop the container off and pick it up. We will definitely be recomebding them and using them in the future if needed. Very helfull and great customer service!

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!!! They may seem nice over the phone but their service is HORRIBLE they destroyed my yard and my neighbor's yard delivering the dumpster. When I called to complain I was yelled at and told it was my fault the yard was destroyed because of where i wanted the dumpster to be placed and their not responsible for damages to private property. These people suck and should be put out of business!!!

Staff was friendly , very helpful also way better deal than Granger for getting rid of shingles

Showed up when they said they would, were early to pick up, and charged less than original estimate and would not take tip. Highly recommend these guys! Curt was driver, could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Great family business, homegrown service, fair rates.
