The food was extremely good. I may have to say that this is my favorite restaurant. I would totally recommend this place, and I have! Everything about this place is amazing.Food: 5/5

I am normally not fond of having food at a mall though this restaurant can be accessed both from the mall plus has its separate entrance and which allows them to be independent from mall hours. They have good quality sushi. The staff is friendly and the place is inviting. On weekend evenings, a reservation is recommended .Food: 5/5
Service was HORRIBLE. Rude staff, and took almost an hour for food to arrive. Sat for 15 minutes before wait staff acknowledged us and then they were curt. Would never go back. Too many other good restaurants.Food: 4/5
Beautiful restaurant, but Nasty food. The Teriyaki steak was Tasteless and tough. It was like chewing Leather. It was very Disappointing. I've had better food at the mall. I should have went there instead. Or I could have just chewed a napkin. Food: 1/5
Came to the restaurant with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately it turned into a disappointment. The restaurant charged my credit card almost 3 times the amount shown on my bill. When I found out about the mistake in my credit card bill I called the restaurant and the manager said that the credit card company will automatically refund me. The credit card company didn’t refund so I went to the restaurant to talk to the manager and ask for refund for the extra billing and he wasn’t willing to help me and refused to refund the extra charges. 63$ that includes the tip dinner was charged as 173$.
We dine her often and we are never disappointed. From something as simple as Edamame to Ramon with tempura Shrimp to the Salmon Teriyaki everything was amazing. Highly reccomend!
The first thing you notice when you walk in is the sophisticated atmosphere and calming music. I liked the setup. The staff were all very welcoming and polite, too. I got the kurokatsu lunch set $16 and was pleased with the amount of food. I wouldn’t have paid $24 for this outside of the lunch special, though. Some of the flavors and textures like the miso soup and katsu are spot-on but other things like the rice weren’t exactly right. I thought it was weird that they served honey mustard sauce with the katsu instead of tonkatsu sauce like you’d get in Japan. Another thing is that a few of the plates were cracked or chipped and the bowl the miso soup was served in was kind of faded which I thought was a little gross. Food particles can get stuck in the crevices of cracked dishes, they should probably throw that away instead of using it. Overall it was a good, well-balanced meal and the service is really attentive but the food isn’t as perfect as it should be at this price point. There are places in Boston with better sushi that are cheaper.
Went for lunch and got the sushi and sashimi special. The sushi was well made and fresh, albeit a bit on the small side compared to their peers. The combo did come with miso soup, salad, and a small appetizer plate with so the value turned out to be very good in my opinion. The servers were very attentive.
