This is the first time we have been inside since it has been remodeled. We have ordered a few cakes, but just grabbed through drive through. It looks nice inside and everything is clean. Our order was done fast and brought to us. We did not have to wear masks inside and the people working there didn't have masks on either. Didn’t bother us at all. The staff was friendly and they were cleaning and wiping things down often. Our blizzards were flipped upside down before handed out too. It can sometimes be busy at the intersection where it sits and is tight for bigger vehicles. We went later at night and it had a steady flow of customers but the traffic surrounding was nice and light. Always a nice treat on a beautiful night!
I love the new building! Sorry the old one caught fire however, a diamond was build.in it's place! I visit here 3 to 5 times a month for super nice selection for dinner and an amazing selection of treats and so far I do not have a single complaint with the food! The only thing I have found is the corner in the drive thru is sharp and has a high concrete wall on the right side out of my view which is scary for me when I drive my truck.
I did have to wait a couple of minutes but my food was delivered to the table hot and tasty. Thank you very much dairy Queen crew!Food: 4/5
Would've got 5 stars but they were out of gravy for the chicken strip basket. That's a -2 star offense.
Never had an issue with food here. The environment inside is nice.
I have not been inside this one yet because the drive through is so convenient. Everything went smooth and staff is very friendly. He tipped every one of our blizzards upside down and they all passed! Thank you for your great service. We will come again!
Parking space is sufficient There is also a drive-thru Cosy place, helpful staff We had ice cream which was tasty and we were served really quick Good place for quick eat
First time we have been to this DQ. Traveling through from a sporting event. It appeared they may have been short staffed, but the team inside worked diligently to get orders fulfilled for the long drive thru and the few customers that were coming in. What impressed us most was the young man Joseph at the register. As we we got in, he asked to excuse himself to clean some tables. After coming back, he was very polite and filled our order. After bringing our order to us, he asked multiple times if there was anything he could get for us. After helping others, he would check in with other coworkers to see if they needed any help. This young man has a great attitude and has a bright future. You can tell when someone has an "it" factor. The parents of this young man should be proud and this store is lucky to have him in the fold. I have no doubt that others in this store have similar character traits, but he was the only one out front and handled his duties with professionalism beyond his years. Keep up the great work, and we will be sure to swing in again when we travel I-29 in the future.
Great crew, good food, and clean restroomsFood: 4/5
We stopped in here for lunch. The store was so cold, because of the air conditioning, we opted to eat outside on the front patio. The chicken fingers and fries were as expected. Unfortunately, the bacon cheeseburger I ordered was the single worst burger I've ever eaten. It had absolutely no taste to it and reminded me of something that's been microwaved, or at least finish-heated in the microwave. It was dry. I was very disappointed and would recommend avoiding the burgers. Everyone was happy with the ice cream and the sundaes. Everyone also enjoyed the Coca-Cola machine that allows you to mix your own flavors. SDSU students, show your id card for an extra 10% discount. It's nice that they cater to the students. The store was clean and the employees were friendly.
