Dairy Queen

I have to say that food was delicious, but everything else was terrible. Order online $25 dollars. Arrived and were charged 5 more dollars because "prices are different than online" ??? Hm?!?! Sandwich was missing, then we got it but with no tomato nor lettuce. Also we didn't get tater tots, but Mozzarella sticks instead I can't have cheese. Manager was completely unhelpful and refused to honor the online prices, even though we ordered online and agreed to those prices. And I really don't care that they haven't fix the prices online yet, that is absolutely not my problem. I'm left with no other option but dispute the transaction or take a legal action, since the manager has no idea about Manager's duties.

One random evening, my hubby & I found this Dairy Queen literally to be the only locale accepting cards, outta 3 drive-thrus! Service was efficient & quick, esp considering the over-flow they were experiencing. They had malt + peanut butter...many locales don't these days. I was grateful this DQ offered these well-loved, old-school ingredients...Yummy!!!

Crispy chicken salad was excellent. So was the blizzard. Cashier was pleasant and efficient. You aren't paying for atmosphere but it was what you expect at DQ!Food: 5/5

The young man working at the drive-through yesterday evening between 4pm and 6pm was courteous and prompt . Food steak fingers were freshly cooked and at perfect temperature. Thank you Food: 5/5

I don’t know WHO they had working tonight 5/3/23 but they completely did everything wrong. First off, they didn’t even get everything on our order, gave us the wrong sized milkshake which i soon found out wasn’t blended AT ALL and just vanilla ice cream with chunks of chocolate syrup, AND had a cookie dough ball in the bottom of it! Like what?? and when they said “we didn’t place that basket on your order” and had us pay for it once again, once it finally came out, it was completely cold. My service here is usually quite good, but whoever they had working tonight was very irresponsible.

The food was good, nice employees. Only frustrated because they don't allow me to use my DQ points through the app, alot of free treats that I earned from previous purchases were not accepted here which is aggrevatingFood: 4/5

This has to be the best DQ . That I have been to in a long, long, long time! I really didn't want to go there. But the people I was with wanted to go. Man, was I glad they did! We live in a small town. And the DQ there? Well, what can I say? IT SHUCKS!Food: 4/5

Ice cream and burgers are the best vanilla chocolate strawberry they are all good. Dr. Pepper, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Orange, I think they have all the soda flavors you could ask for just not specific name brand of cola or Pepsi products and the family owned businesses are always appreciated automatically authentic if the lettuce is good its always a 10 love love love dairy queen

I had a Waffle Bowl with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and strawberry syrup, whip cream and chopped peanuts and it was Awesome! My husband had a deluxe Blizzard. We received great customer service.

Food here is always made fresh to order and is always hot. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. Friendly atmosphere and staff is always friendly.Food: 5/5
