McDonald's

I went with my friends to the drive through today and never have I experienced such bad service. We ordered our food like normal and when we got to the window we were singing loudly which made one server that was outside laugh and smile while the lady with blonde hair and pink ends told us to be quiet and then continued to stare at us . I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life and was very upset leaving. When we thanked her for the food she just continued to stare and would not acknowledge us even when talking to her. Everyone else was lovely and the food was great like normal. For such a great area the service was so disappointing.

I went to the drive through today at 14.15. The last girl handing out the food was very rude.. I ordered two happy meals and a regular meal. I asked have you ketchup in the bag? she said yes. I looked and she had one ketchup in the bag I asked for two more, as i had ordered three meals, she rolled her eyes at me and threw two more out at me. Once I drove through I handed the kids their meals and opened mine, chips were stone cold. I went back around and handed back my chips to her.. she stared at me first asking "what".. I said my chips are cold could i get fresh one. She laughed rolled her eyes at me and said you were here 10 mins ago. I said I was just here, check the camera if you like, and my chips are cold, she again rolled her eyes at me grabbed the chips and threw fresh ones back to me. She obviously hates her job, appalling service and no excuse for it. I will not be returning.

Every time we order online there’s something missing from our order constantly.. and it’s cold.I was also in the drive through last week waiting for a meal. Waiting about 20/25 mins for the food for it to be brought out freezing? Don’t understand how the staff do not know it’s cold as you can feel that there’s no heat through the bag. It’ll be the last time I’ll be getting anything from ye as ye do not care what way the food is given to customers.

got food poisoning here. was thinking “wow they have relaxed food safety standards, maybe it works for them though”, it does not in fact work for them. spent 2 days hunched over a toilet. the employees are kind though.

I have always loved visiting McDonald's. But this one was a big exception for me. I've had breakfast and dinner here for several months. Several times I came across a shell in a McMuffin. The staff was unable to resolve the issue. Although normally McDonald's should have brought a new burger! The establishment is almost always dirty, the tables are rarely wiped, the staff is relatively friendly. A feature of this McDonald's is the desire of the staff to close earlier, I have seen more than once how at 21:30 they block access to the tables. There were cases when at 22:15 and 22:30 people were locked inside!! Although the establishment is open until 23:00 and must serve customers until that time!. The last thing that made me finally stop visiting this McDonald's was my burger in which my wife and I got wool !!. This is an example of complete unsanitary conditions and disrespect for customers! Not recommended to anyone!

Always reliable and clean. It is what it is. I don't particularly like McD, but standard of cleanliness and service are good.Food: 3/5

Food was as good as any other McDonald's. After the food was going to use a restroom. Asked a member of staff where it is. There was so much confusion. What order did I place when did I place it. What did I have. Then they went to have a look if my wife is still eating. Fakin hell it is just a restroom. Are you hoeding gold in there or smth. Eventually left without using a washroom Sat in a car with greasy fingers. Was horrible. Would give negative stars if it was possible.

Everybody knows that McDonald's is meant to be the place, where customer can expect same flavours and same level of service. Well, McDonald's ENNIS is not the same! It is the best! Popped into for a quick breakfast while exploring beautiful county Clare and was pleasently surprised by how dedicated are people who work there! Breakfast was perfect and customer service was outstanding! Cleanliness of the whole place is to be proud of! Honestly, I think it is cleanest McDonald's restaurant in Ireland, and I've been to good few of them! I mean it! Clean tables, seats, floors, inside and outside of the restaurant, even lampposts are being regularly cleaned! People who work at McDonald's ENNIS, make this place different!

American styled fast food joint that serves, mostly, burgers and fries. There's loads of promos and discounts going on always. Most kids love it.Food: 3/5

Since I have visited several times and never received a full order and had to complain. There's better food than this.Food: 2/5
