Dairy Queen

This is the first review I have ever left and I feel it’s necessary because of the great service I have received! On 7/5 I went to get some Ice cream in the middle of heavy rain and doing so my truck was getting soaked. The lady at the window was really nice and handed me some napkins without even asking to wipe the water from my truck. I’ve been a lot of places all over the country in my life and not once have I been given something to keep my vehicle dry in the rain. Awesome service it’s the little things that make the biggest difference thanks again!!

I asked for a sundae with strawberry, whip cream, pecans ,and choc Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos. I got home with the bag and my sundae was vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. I believe I paid all the extra for nothing. Plus I threw half away because there wasn’t much flavor that way. The Oreo blizzard had only a couple Oreos much less double like it was suppose to have. That happened twice now... just chocolate ice cream literally. Again, I was doing the math , and I paid for extras that I didn’t get.

Very old for sure but they have good service and a long drive through line usually. They have fast employees and are always busy. Because they are just that good.

I went to Dairy Queen in Lake Station my son went past mic we could not back back so we went to pick up I told the lady cierra what happen I ask for mgn the lady name Gwen said she was mgn I said we've been in this line in the car past the mic I said will you please take my ordered she said you'll have to get back in line Gwen was rude to me worst experience I had never go back I been going to this one for 8yrs never will I go back

Poorly mixed and not very many topping on royal New York cheesecake blizzard. Gave me about 2 small spoon scoops in a medium.

I am laughing it was so bad what is happened to customer service and people caring?!? I ordered a large con and I’m not kidding you they handed it to me like it was normal, and it was only about half of a con. I didn’t say anything. I just laughed because it was so bad it was comical.

I've been going here since I was a kid and can not think of one single complaint.

I got the turtle blizzard. I love the taste! I would definitely recommend this one to anyone. The service was quick and they were nice

The cashier didn't listen and when they open the drive thru window there was a disturbing smell coming from inside the restaurant

I love this place!!! Great delicious food, shakes. Excellent service!!!!
