My family and I love this library. The staff is always helpful when help is needed and the place is clean and well organized. I can't think of anything bad to say.. Except there is a weird wonky spot in the floor tiles of the ground floor when walking to the right after entering the building, towards the kids books, The tiles sort of raise up into a little speed bump.. Nothing to deduct a star for, but it is odd and a kid could trip I suppose.
I usually go to the other branches but tried this one today, they had lots of different tables set up for kids to do crafts-which is amazing for summer. Very well kept library and the two girls that were there when I went in were friendly.
The staff seem very kind, and the library itself is a nice quiet place to read and work on projects- My only reasoning for 2 stars is simply that the time they are open conflicts with most schedules of those around me including myself. Both my friends and I have tried to meet here for studies/projects and it never is open when we need to go here. I have to drive longer with nearly $4 a gallon at most gas stations at the moment to get to a library I can actually count on being open when I need it. So for that, I understand why it is empty on the few off-work days I have to go here. I see little point in being at a library where I have to budget my time to leave early and move all of my project to a whole other library. I'll just go to the other library instead.
Very comfortable and private for meetings and extremely accommodating staff. Great deals on gently used books.
