Dansie Dental Dentist

We switched several years ago after my son had a bad experience at our old dentist. We have been so happy with everything at this office. The doctors, hygienists, billing and front desk staff are all phenomenal!! I have anxiety going for even a cleaning and they have been so patient and caring!!

We love everything about this office. We have been patients for over a decade. The staff is always so kind, welcoming & personable from the receptionist to the assistants. We have never had a better experience. The dentists are gentle & reassuring. Even my younger kids aren’t nervous to go to their appointments. They truly care about every patient who walks through the door. They are honest & transparent about care plans. We love Bright Side Dental!

Wow, just wow.... I have never been to a dentist that handled my anxiety so well. From the moment I walk through the door everyone I meet there is kind and understanding. I don't believe I have ever calmed down so quickly in the chair. They are incredible with my autistic daughter as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Great family dentist! Everyone is always so kind. My husband hadn't been to the dentist in many, many years before we moved to Idaho. When it was no longer an option, he first tried another local dentist because they had an appointment available that day. He left there feeling overwhelmed and anxious...he didn't want to go back. I called Dr. Dansies office since that's where the rest of us were already patients and explained what was going on. They worked him in, and have kept him coming back. He won't see anyone else now.

Brightside Dental is an amazing office. Dr. Dansie is so caring and kind and does great work. The office staff is always very helpful making the atmosphere very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a great family dentist.

Let me start by saying, I don't usually write reviews. My family has been going to Dansie Dental now called Brightside Dental since we moved to Rigby 6 years ago. It was initially scary to look for and trust a new office with my family's dental care. Typically you can find a dentist that has 1 or 2 good qualities such as: integrity, friendly bedside manner, quality of work, or fair pricing. I feel that both Dr. Dansie and Dr. Hepworth have all of these attributes. I'm so happy we found Brightside! They are the nicest guys ever and always thank me for being a patient after a routine clean-up. I feel valued and seen as a patient. -and no I'm not a family member or close friend trying to artificially inflate the ratings. This is my true opinion and honest review.

My entire family has been going to the dentist for the past 7 years. It is a great family dentist and everyone is so friendly. My boys 5 and 11 love coming here and they actually look forward to coming to the dentist.

Brightside Dental is the best dentist I have been to! They are kind and caring and take the time to get to know every one of their patients. Wouldn’t ever go to anyone else now that I’ve found them.

I came to learn about Dr Hepworth when I had a tooth break off last year. I called the office and they got me in the same day! I was in pregnant, in a ton of pain and the last thing I needed was something like this to happen. On top of helping me with the pain right away and fixing my tooth, Dr. Hepworth was extremely empathetic to my situation. The bill was half of what I expected and everyone was just so pleasant to work with. I’ve had to have a lot off additional work done and I can honestly says it’s a great experience every time I go. I really appreciate Dr. Hepworth, Lynne and all the wonderful staff at Brightside. PS I highly recommend Doc and Lynne do a podcast. They are hilarious! Gabby Davis, Roberts ID
