New patient process at Paradigm was streamlined and easy. They were ready for me right when I arrived, promptly on schedule. Front office was friendly, welcoming and nice. The dental hygienist I got was amazing, she has obviously been doing this for a long time and is very passionate about her work. Dr. Mark was super friendly and gentle with his exam work, he suggested a small filling and showed the images/data why he thought it was needed but ultimately left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do. I had a great overall experience here and would highly recommend this dental office!

Paradigm is hands down the absolute best place to go. I got a crown and it was the greatest and most pleasant experience one could have when getting a crown! Dr Mike is second to none and is one of the nicest Dentist you could ever meet! He truly cares about his work and his patients! I felt so cared for from as soon as I walked in til the time I left! The whole staff is so caring and it felt like a family atmosphere! I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

I am normally extremely anxious about going to the dentist, which makes me not want to go as often as I should. My experience today was the best I have ever had. The dental hygienist was so kind, gentle, and non-judgmental. I really appreciated her. I also had a great visit with Dr. Mark. I will be back and I'm feeling a lot less anxious about my next appointment!

I had some pretty bad experiences with dentists as a child and avoided the dentist for many years as an adult, until I found Paradigm Dental. My first visit to Paradigm, for a long-overdue cleaning, was gentle and smooth. Everyone was super friendly. That alone was a great single experience, and then I started Invisalign.  Invisalign took a bit longer than projected, from the mid-pandemic production and shipping delays, to teeth not moving as predicted after a time and needing to get new trays made for the second half of my treatment. But all in all, as I am finishing the process, I am really happy with how straight my teeth are. There will be some additional procedures I'm sure I'll want no one renovates the kitchen and can ignore afterward that the guest bathroom needs some love, for instance, and this is the group I'll want to do that work with.  The results are wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the very back of the house is kind and professional. The actual hands doing the work are gentle and patient. They are almost always on time and never rush during the actual appointment, which suggests they are operationally on target, and know exactly the elevated patient experience they're trying to create.  Highly recommend. Check it out for yourself.

Levi, the dental hygienist, is so friendly. She has a gentle touch when cleaning my teeth.

Mike and Mark are both excellent dentists for treating my various dental problems.  They are very skillful and informative.  The staff are friendly and welcoming.  They are very knowledgeable about insurance coverage and helpful.

Thanks to Paradigm, I've finally completed a 20-year journey to having some missing teeth replaced.  Drs. Mike and Mark quickly assessed my case, identified insufficient work done by a previous doctor, and developed a plan that both exceeded my expectations and accommodated my budgetary constraints.  Holly, Donna, and everyone else in the office are equally fantastic.  I'll be a patient here as long as I live in Austin.  Highly highly highly recommend!  Sam

The entire staff was courteous and efficient. When I was asked to wait for a bit because there was an emergency ahead of me, I was given a gift card to a nearby establishment for my patience. I highly recommend Paradigm for their service and all around positive experience.

Very friendly and compassionate staff. They explained everything to me in detail and got me out on time. I'm looking forward to working with them on some cosmetic items that other dentists have avoided due to my bite.

Great staff! Super friendly! The office is clean and very high tech! Attention to customer service is on point as well!
