Seasonal ice cream and burger stand. I do believe Annie, who ran the place for 30 years, is finally calling it quits. Food was always excellent but preparation time was long. I believe they only cooked one order at a time. Three covered picnic tables for outside eating. Handicap accessible with limited parking. No restroom although there is a Shell station across the highway. Hopefully it reopens under new ownership as it was extremely busy during the season. Correction: There are two covered picnic tables and 5 total tables, all on concrete slabs. Update June 2022 Yeah they're still in business although for sale. More consistent hours and full menu. However the Shell station is rarely open, staff issues, so no available restroom except the Town public restrooms a few blocks away open 24/7 October 20, 2022 Closed for the season

If I could give it a zero I would. $h!t absolutely a waste of money, Waited 20 mins n ordered 9 chix tenders only got 3 and some half azś breaded overcooked m0fuk!n chicken nuggets, your better off going to the gas station down the road smh.

To those who took the time to write a bad review…….sad for you. No doubt Annie is laughing. Annie and her iconic self made road attraction delivers short but special notes of wisdom. Milkshakes & fried Mac& cheese bites are the best on -the -road luxuries. We always plan a stop & see this amazing woman every year pulling our Airstream from New Smyrna Beach Florida to The Pacific Northwest.

First of all bring cash because they can't accept any cards. Second it's a run of the mill tourist burger shack so going in you'll know what to expect; nothing great but nothing terrible.

Small family operated business and ONLY ACCEPTS CASH!!!! The food was exactly what we expected. Fried food options, burgers, hotdogs, and ice cream everything you need for hot summer day. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star review was time. Respectfully there were only 2 people working and the line of people never ended. Definitely recommend if you have the cash on hand

Food was decent and moderately-priced. Ice cream was uniquely light and fluffy. Service was garbage - couldn't even tell us if the fries were good or not, forgot to make one of our burgers. Soda was 80% ice - got about 5 sips out of a small and they have a strict 2- refill policy.

This place does NOT take any form of payment other than cash! Wished we had known that in advance, as this is the only place for food in all of Hot Sulphur Springs. We had to go to Granby for dinner that night. Also, woman at order window seemed very nonchalant about it, and suggested an ATM across the street, which was inaccessible, as the business was closed, and looked like it had been closed, for a long time.

Food is average at best. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get a burger and fries, longer if they are busy. I have eaten there 5 times and they have yet get my order right. I am lactose intolerant and they don't seem to understand no cheese even if you carefully explain while ordering.

Only two teenagers working, one was taking orders and the other was in the back. They took 20-30 minutes to bring out one order. The food was typical; It wasn’t the greatest or it wasn’t the worst. Broken ice cream machine. If you’re hungry and want something to eat fast then consider going somewhere else. Poor experiences.

If you're in a hurry, don't go to this place. It took almost an hour to get my food. I ordered a Chicago Dog and a Corn Dog only to find out after I got my order that they don't serve Chicago Dogs. On the menu they have Chi Dog. When I ordered it, I wasn't told they didn't have Chicago Dogs. I got a chilli cheese dog. I won't ever stop there again. I suggest you don't either.
