Dr. Jones and the staff here are absolutely awesome! I originally chose this dental clinic based on the great reviews and I am SO GRATEFUL I did! I didn’t have a great dentist when I was a child/teenager and that resulted in some anxiousness yes, still as an adult. However, every time I go to an appointment to see Dr. Jones & his wonderful staff, I am reassured that I’m in good hands and I never feel pain nor do I stay anxious from that point on. I strongly encourage anyone who might be debating on finding a new dentist for themselves, their kids, or a family member to go here. 100% recommend going here.
The staff and Dr Jones are amazing, if you have ever had any issues with past dentists like me or just scared, this crew is were you need to go. I can put your mind at ease plus nerves.
My experience with Darrin Jones started with my wife Kathy's happiness with Darrin and his entire staff. Everyone at West Bay Dental takes the time and more importantly a commitment to excellence for the care of their patients. I have been there now for quite awhile and we have been talking about an issue across my front uppers that we both knew could only be done the right way and that's why I am writing this review. Dr. Jones is very passionate and takes great pride in his profession. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients get the best of care. I drive over an hour and a half to see him, need I say more?
I had filled out a contact form online and within half an hour I received a phone call back. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. From the moment I walked in until the time I left everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful! I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anyone.
My first experience with West Bay Dental was last week it was excellent! My dentist retired and since his retirement I had been recommended to a couple of dentist whose staff seem to be more interested in what my insurance would cover than really addressing my needs very cold and sterile environments. Then finally there was issue with my teeth which cause an infection I thought for sure I was going to prejudged due to my procrastination in going for treatment for so long, but once I walked into the office my nervousness slipped away the staff in my opinion was very warm, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I actually found a Dr. who has not lost the art of patient care especially with his honesty and no nonsense approach I have to say it was a great experience I actually look forward to keeping my appointments!

I am highly impressed with the quality of care that we have received over the past 25+ years. I have several crowns on my upper incisors that are matched so well to my natural teeth that no one can tell that they are crowns. The staff is very friendly and always asks about my boys, who they watched grow up. I have had to schedule several appointments for crown recements or repairs, and the scheduling staff has always found me a time to come in quickly when needed. I recommend this office frequently.

Betsy and Jennine have been working on my teeth for many years, They are excellent in everything they do to make you feel comfortable and confident in your procedure. Dr. Nelson explains in detail what he is going to do, before he does it. He is wonderful. My husband, myself and my two daughters are all treated with care and compassion. My young daughters are treated so special, thank you. I have never been kept waiting in the lobby for my appointment. They run their office like clock work. They are truly the best!
