When you first walk in the door and are greeted by Mary it already starts off an excellent experience. Super friendly, greets you with a smile and a friendly hello. My son is 10 and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with my son and made him feel so comfortable right from the get go. The way she handled my son and how she spoke to him so he understood was incredible, her kindness and comforting nature was a breath of fresh air. Dr.Jones is so, so great with kids and people in general, very professional and down to earth and speaks to you so you understand. Very friendly yet professional. And then Lauri is amazing explaining the costs and future happenings. She explains things in great detail and she makes sure that you do not have any financial surprises when you arrive. All of the staff is beyond wonderful, so nice and I would recommend them to anyone! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this whole experience!!!

Just “Wow”! Spent most of my life dreading the dentist! Dr Jones and his staff are beyond amazing!!! I have had some issues with my teeth and dreaded going because I couldn’t find a dentist I trusted or felt like they sincerely cared! I found Dr Jones and his staff and am just blown away at the level of concern for my well being and comfort!

Great staff that really cares about you and your needs.  I cannot recommend highly enough.

Darrin is freaking awesome, quick and very detailed. He did my upper restorations so good that I cant believe my permanents will look better than the temps. Highly, HIGHLY recommend

My new patient appointment at West Bay went wonderfully !! The atmosphere is lovely in the office. The girls up front Mary & Lauri are very kind , welcoming & professional.  Becca was lovely !! She was as sweet as she was thorough & knowledgable - she explained everything in detail & gave me the most in depth cleaning I’ve ever recieved !! Dr Jones was very professional & kind. My husband & I will be happy to continue our dental care at West Bay :

Dr. Jones and his team are incredible. When I started going to his practice my oral health had been neglected, and I was afraid of getting dental work done. Dr. Jones and team are extremely empathetic and to the point. Today my two year long treatment plan is concluded and I no longer feel hesitancy going to the dentist. I would highly recommend West Bay Dental to anyone who has had anxiety about getting their teeth fixed.

Our family LOVES this practice!! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the Doctor is gentle and quick about his drilling and easy on the eyes! Both my husband and I have had extensive work done with Dr. Jones and are VERY pleased when it came to our comfort during the procedures and with the ultimate outcomes. From our youngest 5 to the oldest of us, going to the dentist isn’t so bad anymore.

I highly recommend West Bay Dental! Dr. Jones and all of his staff are so kind and very helpful. From simple 6 month cleanings, to monthly visits for an implant, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. They make sure you understand everything and that you’re completely satisfied. If you’re looking for a great dentist, go to West Bay Dental!

I just love this office and staff! Mary and Lauri are amazing and friendly.  My child was very scared to be seen and he did great!  Dr. Jones is amazing not only as a dentist but treating me like a human and making sure I felt good about what was going on with my son!  You can tell they are just a big loving family!  Thank you West Bay Dental!!
