Great food. Those cooks know what they are doing. Food brings back memories taste like my grandma’s cooking.
I love their food. I’m a frequent customer. Great place, staff and atmosphere. I just have a complaint that I must sadly report. The peach cobbler that I received on today was very soggy, excessive juices and the breading of the peach cobbler was burnt. This is the second time prior to a previous visit that I have received a peach cobbler similar to this one. I know they can do better than this. I hope my complaint fall on good soil, the issue be acknowledged and corrected. Thanks.
One of the best places I’ve came to since I’ve been in Alabama one thing I can say the line is always out the door so come early the food stay hot and if you want anything fried you better tell him early I don’t want to make grandma mad
Though there is countless of soul food restaurants, I find Dartmouth One-Stop Soul Food to be one of the greatest soul food restaurants I’ve eaten at. They have great customer service and mouth-watering peach cobbler I’d say.!!! : Go and grab you a yummy plate of food. You won’t be dissatisfied. EVERY BITE IS MOUTHFUL OF HEAVEN. In fact, I’m heading there now.
It’s good... I mean real good... and they don’t use meat in their sides greens or cabbage which is huge plus!!! I would eat here everyday if I had the money. I’m picky af, and they did it for me. The only problem was the cornbread was super dry...but still tasty af

Very unprofessional when it comes to me inquiring as to why I used to could call or order in but now when I call the phone rings forever today when I called someone picked up the phone and literally laid the phone down because I could hear their whole conversation when I got there they informed me that they were busy there were two people sitting at tables and no one in line so no they were not too busy I respect the fact that if they were busy okay but instead of picking up the phone and sitting it down they could have answered the phone in a professional manner and said if you need to order something please come in Chris who works there really needs attitude adjustment
Hidden gem the food is always amazing with huge portions. The place is always very clean and the service is great. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
