David A. Beale is a graduate of Cornell University and Fordham Law School. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the New York Bar. Mr. Beale represents the needs of small businesses and their owners with his practice encompassing all types of corporate, partnership, technology, software, employment and commercial agreements, including leases, property purchases, and financing agreements. His firm is able to guide clients through the intricacies of licenses, fictitious names, incorporation, corporate document requirements, employment agreements, shareholder and membership agreements, voting and buy-sell agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, as well as mergers and acquisitions. On a personal level, Mr. Beale can advise and counsel on all types of matters, including wills, trusts, health surrogates, powers of attorney, living wills, probate, and the buying, selling and leasing of real property.
