I went to Solana Beach on Cedros Avenue to find something unique & different for my home. Lately, a lot of the current magazines are showing organic, rustic designs of coffee, tables, and credenzas in homes. I stumbled across David Allen on Cedros Ave, because I couldn’t help but notice how awesome his storefront was on showing all these cool furniture pieces. This place was awesome! I love how friendly and knowledgeable his staff was. Not only did I pick up a coffee table but I had them custom make me an amazing walnut dining table that now is featured as the most talked about peace in my home! Thank you, David Alan collection for making my home what it is today!
The place for home interior design. Calms the spirit, satisfies visually for a home of your dreams. Want to buy me more Buddhas!
Beautiful place with a great assortment of home furnishings, jewelry and VINTAGE KIMONOS. The owner was very nice and greeted us when we came in and even showed us to his extensive collection of vintage kimonos. Be sure to check them out.
This place has the best stuff for interior design and even staging. One star off because they're unusually expensive. They had these beautiful bleached coffee trees once - about 3m high - that made wonderful interior accents. The trees were priced $2,000-$3,000. They have a lot of wood furniture and fixtures and even table slabs imported directly from east Asia. Worth a look. If there's something you fall for, be prepared to spend!
The place is like a museum but you get to purchase the artifacts. It's a great place if you are a collector with expensive tastes or simply looking for a nice unique gift on a budget. There is a ton of jewelry, clothing, furniture, and decor. It's honestly just a fun place to take a look. The staff is super nice and helpful. They always had a smile on their face.
Fantastic showroom of fine wood and wood-based mostly artifacts.
Stunningly beautiful and unique pieces from Thailand and Indonesia Bali. The mantels, coffee tables, and dining tables are to die for! Small and affordable things to big ticket pieces that cost $12,000. You want furniture nobody else has?— this is your place. Spoke to the owner, who was very kind and patient in describing where his gorgeous pieces come from. Don’t forget that there are three floors to this store. I’ve never seen such a huge collection of furniture from Thailand and Indonesia under one roof. Browse this store and I promise you you’ll be deciding what you want to add to your home...
Enjoyed nice Japanese antiques.
Visiting from LA and stumbled into the store, what a gem! Everyone who works there is very helpful and nice, we ended up spending hours! Love the store!
David Alan's is for the elite decorator. Beautiful woods; artistic and also, historical!
