This store’s associates, Kenya, Cynthia and Jackie were amazing! I found my dream engagement ceremony outfit. They made me feel so beautiful and so welcomed that I felt like I was sharing the moment with friends when I was actually there alone and a little sad about it. Thanks for an amazing experience and giving me the recommendation based on my description. I could not have found something better alone. The search had ended at David’s Bridal in Columbia after endless number of malls, outlets and stores. Much love to you guys!

Completely destroyed my wedding dress during alternations one month before my wedding. I was in tears when I tried it on. I couldn't zip it up and the seamstress even verified my measurements  I hadn't gained any weight since the alternations appointment. I scheduled my alternations based on their recommended timeline and then was asked why I waited so long. They said they sent my dress to the corporate hub for alternations and it wasn't done in-house. The seamstress and manager both told me that I would get a full refund on my alterations but then only received $175 of my $400 alternations back because "the other alternations on the dress were good." The overall dress is unusable and the managers agreed. I don't understand how they wouldn't agree to refund the whole amount. They ordered me another dress without me signing for approval. There was no sympathy from the manager on the situation. The customer service when dealing with this situation was terrible. I will never use David's bridal again and will tell all my friends to never use them either. I would give them zero stars if I could. The lack of sympathy for me and my situation was shocking.

I made an appointment at David’s Bridal and wasn’t looking forward to it, as I thought I would be put under a lot of pressure. The Bridal Consultant, April, was amazing. She showed me a few dresses she liked for my size and shape and I showed her a few images from my inspiration album and in under 2 hours we found the most spectacular gown. She took my budget into consideration and explained the ways alterations will be done and the timeline for those to be completed. I really didn’t think I would find my dress today or that I would cry when I rang the bell but I absolutely did! Thank you April!  ETA:  I have begun alterations and Yolanda and Yelena are incredible. Both of them got teary eyed looking at me in my almost completed dress and you can feel their genuine happiness for you. The work they do is incredible and I can’t wait to pick it up after my next appointment.  ETA: Wedding day is over. Dress was fit amazingly. Bustle looked amazing and everything was wonderful. Thank you so much to everyone at DB for their help making our special day amazing.

5 STARSSSS All around !!!!the entire shift was amazing ! Helped me pick a dress and even opened my options to mermaid dresses because I was scared to show off my figure but they will snatch you up and make you feel like the perfect Barbie !‍these are some of the options we picked out

Jackie is FIRE! She welcomed us immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Jackie knew what I’d like before I did. She KNOWS her business. 10/10!

So my dress was ordered 2 sizes to big which I said something about at pick up I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Which is why the 4 stars So I just took my dress and prayed at alterations there would be something that could be done. At alterations Yelena  alterations lady was so kind and understanding with the dress being 2 sizes to big she helped me so much I couldn’t appreciate her more! She 100% would get 5 stars from me just from our interaction.

Very helpful group of ladies , my coworker is getting married and the young lady Alani  I believe that’s her name  she helped her find the perfect dress. The ladies at the front desk helped me with holding dresses for my daughter to come try today!! Wonderful staff!!  I didn’t post pictures with faces because I don’t have their permission too, but the dress is very beautiful this picture doesn’t do it justice but this was the young lady who worked with my co worker also the design of the dress is beautiful

This is the 3rd time I have been to David’s Bridal in about 2 months. The first time was great, we love Jackie! The other 2 times.. not so much. Unfortunately the 2 members who helped us had too much pride to ask for help. That left us with poor communication and false information several times. Very stressful. I am glad to say that the manager, Bernadette was able to handle and fix all of the issues.

Alaina was the absolute best for us!  she made my sister feel so comfortable and beautiful. She was patient and so kind to all of us, even when the tears started flowing, hers did too    I recommend her 10/10 WE LOVE YOU ALAINA!!

Latoya was amazing at finding examples of what I was trying to describe.   She was extremely pleasant and friendly!   She made me want to purchase the dress at that store from her despite the fact that I live in Wisconsin and they have a store near my home.   Good inventory and clean store.
