I had a very pleasant experience, and that is not how I would typically describe a visit to a Dr's office. The receptionist was extremely nice. Dr. Sargent has a great personality and seems to really know his stuff. He was willing to talk as long as I wanted and I really got the impression that I was a part of my treatment and services, even though he gave me very specific directions including written directions of what I needed to do. I definitely recommend him to anyone having EENT issues, especially if you have allergies.
