Jordan's Place Pediatrics PA

Use to be a decent place but they have become careless, negligent and incompetent. They have failed to give adequate treatment and when addressed the blame is always pointed in the other direction. Had a appointment and I stated that the medication was working but something was still off and needed to be adjusted or changed, I was told they could leave her meds the same or she could seek help elsewhere bc there was nothing else they could do. Had to make another appointment a little over a month later just to get a refill of meds that she ran out of. Because the meds were not refilled in time she is having side effects and they stated she had to go to the ER. The same side effects and problems were discussed in the previous appt with a different nurse practitioner and she completely disregarded it. Now a different NP is stating it is a crisis! When the last appt conversation was brought up, She said it wasn't in the file. So bc it wasn't written down in the file, I must be making it up? She would not be having these side effects if they had simply refilled her prescription. And she would be doing a lot better if they actually cared and taken time to find out what medicine she could actually benefit from. They only care about how many appointments they can get through in a day and want to charge the insurance as much as possible.

I have taken my children here for a few years now. I've never had a negative experience. I even have a kid that screams and puts up a fight every time she needs a shot or test done, but they're always patient with her and do everything possible to help her and keep her safe during her panic attacks in the office. I recommend them to everyone that asks if I know a good pediatrician. They are wonderful.

Terrible place to take your kiddos!! I've been taking my grandson here for 6 months. I've had to fight and argue with the nurses and nurse practitioner just to get him just the min amount of care! The nurses and staff have failed to even get medical records for 6 months. They have made him behind on all of his shots because of it. Then want to blame everyone else but themselves! We walked out today! No one should be treated that way absolutely no one!!

We live an hour away, and it's worth the drive for medicine reviews and checkups. Never a long wait.

Good place. Just gotten a little big. We came because Sherri is a great caring Dr. But you never see Sherri anymore.
