I bought one bracelet on 11/04/2018. I return it around November 10. Since then I did not receive my refund. I communicate with store, they are really kind and they apologize for delay but I still waiting for my refund. It is more than three month I didn’t get my money!! There should be lack of management and coordination in David Yurman !!! #STORE24  I saw some reviews on David Yurman 712 Madison Ave New York, New York that the stones are falling apart. I’m worried now about my wife’s gift that it might lose stone too!!!

Excellent service. They take care of their customers. We have many pieces and plan to be very loyal customers!!!

They let anybody in, you don't have to look like Gates to buy something, or just look around.
