Me, my girlfriend, and our dog who is a registered service animal, but still in training stayed here for a couple of nights. We had a few issues. Most of the outlets were shoddy, the beds weren't that great, and the room wasn't very clean. The best thing about it was the shower that had high water pressure. The service wasn't terrible but could've been better. All of that would've at least been 2, maybe a generous 3 star rating, until I spoke with the owners to pay for a third night. They were extremely rude and hateful to me and accused my dog of pooping in their room and in the parking lot. He did poop in the parking lot, but it was towards the edge close to the road and I personally didn't think anything of it. He never pooped in the room however. I would have seen this because I made sure he didn't have any accidents he is still in training after all. He also said that I owe him $40 worth of pet fees and he would not let me rent another night unless I paid that as well as the pet fee for the third night. I explained to him my dog is a registered service animal as well as showed him his registration for good measure and that under the ADA, He cannot charge a pet fee for a service animal nor could he refuse service for me having a service animal. I also explained to him that he could face lawsuits for discrimination because of this. He told me that he couldn't get in trouble and has the right to refuse whoever he wants. I gave up arguing because it was getting nowhere and left. I have since then under advice about the situation put in an ADA complaint to the Department of Justice. Moral of the story, Don't go to Davidson Lodge. Between this experience and many of the reviews I've read before writing mine, It's just not worth it.

The bedroom was okay but with my friend said on the bed the light was flicks her off and on so it must have been shorten the wire the bed was actually comfortable real soft room was comfortable and clean over the shower on top of the head on the ceiling look like where they pass the ceiling up but did not do a good job to make it clear also the light lamp that stains on top but the room was comfortable fair for the price but no breakfast

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I would not recommend anyone stay here!!!! First off there were a few bugs, then the whole room was absolutely disgusting!!!!!! There were cobwebs everywhere and it stunk like you would not believe!!!! Now I'm about to put the icing on this cake. I wish I could upload pictures to this review but I cannot. There was poop, a turd, feces stuck on the wall!!!!!!!!!!! Room126

The motel has bed bugs and it's a rip off. I have gotten bed bug bites on my hand and neck. It's a drug motel. The owner is rude and so is the staff. Got kicked out when we had a person pull a gun on us.Rooms: 1/5

Badly in need of TLC and renovations. The desk clerk was accommodating, and that is the only reason for two stars. We had initially mistaken this place for another hotel we had stayed at previously - huge mistake. There was mold in the shower, hair and dirt in the crevices, I had to plug in every light fixture before I could use it. Don't waste your time or risk your night. Stay at the Quality Inn behind this dump.

This is a low end motel. We had two homeless guys having too stay there so they wouldn't be in the elements. They wouldn't take a credit card over the phone and was going to kick the men out. I had to drive there in order to pay. Then they lady that assisted me was on the phone while she took my money. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're in dire need of a place.

This place is ok if u aren't picky, the managememt didn't say they were having the roof fixed and that they'd start at 7 am. $269 a week I think someone should be told us. The "people" they have working working on the roof are rude and crude. When I come in from errands I get cat calls and talked to very disrespectfully. Will not waste $ to stay again. Plus the roaches are everywhere when u turn on the lights... SMH ... Kept being asked to move my van yet other cars were still parked there and they wanna charge $269 a week. What a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE! The Cockroaches were atrocious

I gave it a star because its quiet, ac works and theres nesessities nearby ie. Walmart, Diners, etc. However i paid for a smoking room and even have it on the app that i do but when i ask to make sure they insist that it is not. I dont know about you but id rather not have them try to charge me for smoking. Just going to step outside. My room obviously was a smoking room and you can tell from the burnt holes in the sheets. The floors are ripping up and you can see water stains here and there. Toilet literally kept filling itself up while i was laying down and flooded the entire bathroom. The maintaince guy just turned a nob and tried to tell me how to flush a toilet, implying it was my fault. There are rig jobs throughout the room such as plastic bags so the mirror doesnt wiggle. The desks and drawers are rotting from the outside, handles falling off, lamp shades are crumbling at the sight of it, outlets are literally cracked and caving into itself and barely work and the curtain doesnt reach all the way down and i can see right into my room from outside wether im standing close to it or even at the road. I would say if you need to stay somewhere for a day or two then try this place out but dont bring a family. Also they charge almost 100 a night for just my stay for three nights. Definitely not worth the money considering the are much more around.

Found clothing in our bed area. Floor and bedding appeared to be unclean. But overall we needed a warm place to sleep and the staff were pleasant.
