The mission of the Davies Manor Association, Inc. is to preserve and enhance Davies Manor Plantation as a portrayal of early Shelby County farm life for the education and enjoyment of visitors.
Come to Davies Manor Plantation to learn about life in early Shelby County. Take a docent led tour of Davies Manor, the oldest log home in the county. Then, take a self-guided tour of the grounds to learn about plantation life. With advanced notice, special arrangements can be made for large groups. Also located on the property, Hillwood provides an excellent venue for weddings, receptions, and other events. Please call the office for additional information.
