Casey is the absolute best and the hygienists are too! I've been going here for 10+ years and I'm not exaggerating when I say I look forward to a quick visit that feels like going home to use your mother's washing machine. It's not always fun to wash your clothes but you get to hang out with family, listen to 90s music and walk away with clean clothes teeth!
This place is fantastic. I was a patient before, then started working for Dr. Cook for about 4-5 years and still a patient today. You know that saying if you see the kitchen of the restaurant you will never go back? This “restaurant” is the best, I know this! Everyone in the office is so nice, polite, and efficient. It was the best environment to work at. Dr. Cook is an amazing dentist, and he makes you feel comfortable. I remember seeing so many patients that haven’t been to a dentist for years because they were afraid, and then leave the office smiling. I have pretty much gotten a dental cleaning from everyone there and they are all great. I’m always looking forward to my six months appointments. Also if you need an appointment call ASAP because he is busy!!! Once you are a patient, you will be one forever trust me, personal experience . Love love this place and totally recommend it! Thank me later !!!
If you want minimally invasive dentistry, the way dentistry SHOULD be, go here. I worked for Dr. Cook as a dental hygienist for 10 year before moving to San Diego and he is BY FAR the BEST dentist you could ever go to. The other dental hygienists that work there are just as great and gentle, the new office location is beautiful, it's convenient and you'll feel right at home. There may be a wait at first, but it is SO worth it! You will not be disappointed!
They called me canceling two days before my appointment with no reason or explaination what so ever , it is not very professional , not respect with patient and clients . Try to reschedule at a day than can fit my schedule , they said don't work wednesdays or saturdays , but the google show otherwise they are open very day except sunday , so as on the answer machine . Really no profissional , should learn some customer service .
Dr. Mehrnaz great job on fillings. No more dental pain. The scheduler, assistants and front desk were great. Very organized and timely.
I will not come back to this place. They are rude. You have to pay for an appointment and it takes them forever to reimburse you your money. It's been over six weeks and I still haven't received my money. It only took them seconds to take my money.
Best dentist I ever went to hands down.
Good service but wait time is awfully long.
