There confirmation email stated the the pool was open year round only to find out when we get here that it has no water, really looking forward to the promising photos, only to be let down. After driving for 16 hours straight while having a cold and booking the hotel 4 hours before arriving stating what our estimated arrival time would be I specified that I would like to have a room upon arrival and I received a response email saying that they couldn't promise but would try to accommodate me, we tried to check in at 10 and we had to sleep in the car for 3 hours before we could even get a room. Once a we did finally get in the room it was hot because the air conditioner was off and the room was uncomfortable and took forever to cool down.

I needed a place with a shuttle from Ohare after a late flight. After calling 3 other hotels only to be told rudely that their shuttles stop at 10 or 11, Days Inn manager assured me I could be picked up til midnight. When I called they went out of their way to assure I got to the hotel safely! At the hotel, the rooms have been nicely maintained. The bed was well made. Breakfast adequate and I really appreciated the cream cheese for the bagels.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms with very helpful staff !! Everything is incredibly awesome starting from our shuttle ride from the airport and back to the airport at the end. We stayed here for couple of days, Me and my husband. We really enjoyed the stay with the comfortable room, bed to sleep on and last but not the least cleanliness of the room. It was almost spink  and spank.  Although we did go through the reviews, that’s what we do always before we go to any place of that matter-  BUT shockingly we are stunned to believe on the reviews, because we did not find anything of that sort, what those reviews were saying about this place. We found the place opposite of the reviews. The motel was very clean, amiable, safe, police patrolling in the Night, which adds in fact an extra brownie point for the safety being concerned !!  Breakfast was very satisfying with many options to dig in. Also the breakfast area was bit small but quite hygienic.  Is is great value for the price,  totally worth it!! We look forward to come back to this place without a doubt. Highly recommended !!

We're value travelers and were so happy with the comfy beds and friendly service. It's obvious this family is making upgrades, like the laminate floor in the bathroom and the carefully curated decor in our room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! This is the worst experience I've ever had at a motel/hotel in my life. Disgusting rooms, they showed us 3 different rooms and each one was worse than the last. One room smelled strongly like cat or dog piss as soon as we walked in, another room didn't have any handles on any of the drawers and the other room had stains in every place. We ended up buying our own sheets because every cover on both beds had stains somewhere, along with the pillows. Someone was doing heroin in the room next to us which was a weird experience, not something I look for when I stay somewhere. This place is really cheap but not worth your time, even if you are trying to save money. Terrible staff, no where for pets to go to the bathroom even though they are pet friendly. Just awful, it partially ruined our vacation because of how awful our stay was

This location, while dated in several areas , was clean, efficient, and a great place to recharge both my personal  and electronic batteries. Check in was easy  only kick I had to book online to get best price, the location couldn't book at online rate, despite being Wyndham's price I was thrilled to be able to soak in a hot tub, sleep in a clean comfy bed, and wake to a decent breakfast. While choices were limited, they were fresh and abundant. Items that ran low were replaced quickly. The desk personnel when I was checking out thanked me for my business and smiled.  Both are abnormal anymore I appreciated this location. Good price, good location for getting downtown...and the airplanes did not even bother me a bit .never heard them ..until I walked out in morning. !!

We couldn't even stand being in that building for 5 minutes. Everything about this place was horrible. If you have children PLEASE don't bring them here. It was the most dirtiest and unclean place I have ever been in. The hotel says "no smoking" but all you smell is cigarettes and weed! Also, there is no elevator. My mother had a knee replacement and now her hip is going, and it hurts so much for her to move up and down stairs. The room itself is outdated and the molding on the ceiling was falling off. I can't believe this place was listed for 62 bucks. Its only worth 20.

Let me preface this by saying I haven't stayed here for long, and all I've seen and experienced is the bedroom I was in. My experience was average. It wasn't bad at all and it was a pretty decent experience. The reason for saying it was average was because it wasn't anything special. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a quick night or two and you don't want to spend a lot of money. This place is perfect. Plus its somewhat close to the airport.

I booked it for $ 244 for 4 nights through booking.com. But when I got there it was $266 because of some taxes. They advertise low rates in the site to get people, but upsell when you get there. The area is a bit rough with highway traffic and road construction. But you don't hear it as the door shuts tight. Have to walk a long way for decent restaurants. Otherwise the room was good. The water from the faceut is smelly and difficult to drink.

Completely satisfactory. Smoking in some rooms noticeable in the halls, but otherwise accommodations were fine. Service was just fine. People in charge seemed to be working hard to make a go of the business, and were friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport and pick-up back to my car was very good--no problems whatsoever. An all-around good deal. A NOTE OF CAUTION: Had I not set my dinky cell-phone alarm, I would have missed my flight. I called the night before for a wake-up call that never came.
