Days Inn Springfield/Phil.Intl Airport

The room served it's purpose for an overnight stay. It was safe. Several fast food restaurants and beer in walking distance. No liquor store nearby though. There is no microwave in the room. Check in and out was quite easy. Front desk was friendly. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room. It was a bit grimey and only surfaced cleaned. I was nervous about sleeping on the sheets and completely removed the blankets because they looked stale and as if they were just put shaken out and put back on the bed. There was trash in the room and in the corners of the room. The bathroom was not completely clean either but not so much you'd feel like you'd catch a disease. Knowing this is more of a budget hotel just to sleep in, I'd still stay here again. The cleaning just needs to be stepped up a bit more.

This place has roaches and bedding smells like smoke. Two small flat pillows that looks like a standard pillow cut in half. They supposedly renovated but it's just a hole in the wall. The rooms are still outdated. The staff are rude and they know this isn't right! Major dump save your money and go to something more worth it to revive the amenities that you deserve and pay for. It will be a hassle trying to get your money back.

Front desk gave me an extra hour before checkout which was very kind and much appreciated. That being said. The room was not the best, the bathroom door is too big for the frame so it does not shut close, there is dirt in the drawers and crust around the base of the lamps. The side bed drawer had a a used napkin and condom insides

Poor customer service. Room was in dire need of updating. Blown out light bulbs, broken light fixture in bedroom. Bathroom ceiling light fixture dangling and missing bulb. Walls and floor were dirty. Bedding and pillows were flimsy. Stayed 7 nights with no housekeeping. Room reeked of insecticide. Roaches crawling up the wall.

I should have read the reviews before booking this hotel because even though the manager says they're going to fix things they never do and it's the same complaints over and over again. The floors were dirty . There was trash everywhere outside. The former tenant smoked in the room and left plastic bag over the Smoke detector. The room stunk. One of the light fixtures didn't work and there was no microwave.

The most DISGUSTING place ever!!! WE HAD A RAT IN OUR ROOM!! There was a hole in the wall behind the toilet. When I went to the front desk to resolve it, they gave me attitude. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL! It was filthy, disgusting, and run down. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. We left immediately after the 3rd party app issued us a refund.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean and quiet, lots of towels, comfy beds. Did have to ask for hangers, but they were immediately provided--with lots of smiles. Thanks, folks!Rooms: 4/5

arrived to check in to a lobby that had to be over 85 degrees, after check in, they ran out to my car and changed my room for some reason. Got to the room it was 85 degrees, no AC turned on, so I turned on the AC, AC was loud and took a full day to cool down the room. The room was dirty, found trash and soda bottle lids all over the floor. The bathroom had a funky odor. Most likely the crispy towels that were hung behind the door . they looked like they were used and hung up a year ago, and never washed. TV was not in HD, at best 480i. parking lot was loud and other guests were not very pleasant. At check out I intended on telling the guy at the desk about my less the good experience, however when I turned in the room key, he not only didnt ask how my stay was, he just said, ok.. thanks. I will not return to this hotel when I revisit the area.

The worse experience ever! I left my room for 2 hours to run some errands booked the weekend Came back All my belongings I left in room down to my Wedding ring cosmetics , Toys, clothing were gone! House keeping steals Period! No manager available to assist Whoever front desk rep wish I caught his name did his best with a resolution ! But Sentimental things where took! Never tf again IF YOU STAY HERE DONT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND!

I should’ve read the reviews first. So gross. Checked out after one night. Shower barely worked and shut off on me in the middle of my shower for a few minutes. Very thing looks and feels dirty. My daughter refused to use the toilet it was that gross there.
