Although we’ve only known Darcy for a short while, we feel that we are well qualified to provide a current opinion of her work. Within the past 12 months, Darcy has worked with us to not only find a rental townhouse, but also sell our single-family home AND buy a new home all in the NoVA area. Needless to say, we keep coming back to her for our real estate needs because she is good at what she does and is effective & efficient with her work. As a busy NoVA family & who around here isn’t?, we needed and received in Darcy a very responsive agent who would provide a direct, straight-forward answers to whatever questions or concerns we had. We appreciate her integrity, her professionalism, and the fact that she had cultivated a good relationships with other agents and vendors in the area which we, her clients, benefit from!. She had amazing referrals to get our old home ready to sell & who helped us to buy our new home excellent home stager, reliable handyman, responsive home loan connections. These connections obviously enjoyed working with Darcy, respect her, and in turn made sure our needs were quickly and well taken care of. Darcy’s tenaciousness and professionalism helped us not only get a higher price for the home that we sold we sold our home in 2 days with multiple offers!, but also helped us view a home that was not yet on the market & avoid a bidding war on a home that we really wanted. We appreciate that Darcy always gave us the real, and always put our interests first. We now consider her not only as our awesome real estate agent, but a friend.
Phenomenal Service! Darcy is by far the best realtor we’ve worked with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in real estate transactions, but she has a great personality too. Over the past few months of house hunting we’ve grown to become really good friends. In an extremely competitive market in Northern Virginia, Darcy was able to get us under contract on a house pre-market. And not only did we get under contract pre-market, Darcy’s aggressive negotiation skills allowed us to ratify before others were able to see the house ultimately saving us approx. $10,000 in escalations. Darcy is knowledgeable, friendly and an expert negotiator. She is always available to take you to showings on your schedule and if not, her assistants are more than happy to fill in. I would absolutely recommend Darcy to others and will definitely be using her for all future real estate transactions.
Darcy was recommended to me by a friend and recently helped me purchase a home in NoVA. During these challenging times with COVID-19 Darcy and her showing assistant Christen were simply amazing. Darcy stuck through the whole process with me and made sure I was taken care of through every step. Even when she was dealing with a disrespectful agent on the Seller's end she stayed professional and came through for me. She completely surpassed my expectations and was a pleasure to work with. If you're lucky enough to work with Darcy you'll know you're in safe hands. Darcy truly makes you feel like you are her only customer. She checks in as often as needed and is extremely responsive. If any issue comes up, she's all over it and ready to figure out how to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Darcy puts the clients' interests above all else. She fought extremely hard on my behalf to negotiate with a disrespectful agent and came out with a great deal. Darcy provided references to a team of people who are just as great to work with as she is. She didn't push any of her recommendations on me but I ended up going with her recommendations after shopping around and factoring in the trust she had earned from me. Darcy really helped reduce the stress in a stressful process during a stressful time, making sure that I was happy and safe after each decision and roadblock. I will recommend Darcy to any and everyone and I look forward to working with her in the future.
