I want to share my very good experience working with Sujatha. She is a thorough professional in her job and is very well-informed about the market. We have known Sujatha for over three years and bought two homes with her help A Condo in Edison and a Home in Monroe. Her team members especially Neal are very good to work with. She helped us think through and guided us through the home-buying process. She guided us through a very difficult buyers' market. I cannot recommend her enough. Sold a Townhouse home in 2023 in Marlboro, NJ Sujatha is a truly professional realtor. With her knowledge and expertise, I was able to quickly put my house on the market and get multiple offers. Meeting Sujatha happened by chance. She was recommended to us by our buyside agent from another transaction. We met Sujatha for 30 minutes in Jan23 with a ton of questions on selling a beautiful townhouse in a promising community where sales were challenging; there were hardly any recent sales let alone with good comps so the appraisal was a concern. She came armed with a ton of information about the dynamics of the market in North Brunswick townhomes near Costco. She proposed and explained the strategy to sell. A 30 minute - to the point, razor-sharp-focussed meeting left us 100% convinced, that she can do this tough task successfully. She was personally present with her team for the open house. Ensured she understood various buyers and gauged their interest and needs and who would marry our needs as a seller. In a very difficult market, her efforts had helped us secure multiple offers and all above asking price. The deal was closed with the highest offer ofcourse. Infact, she opened the gates for more houses to sell at the right price in that community. Sujatha has a great command of the market, reads people very well, approaches each of her projects in measured and strategic way and strives for perfection in presentation, pricing and timing. In one word - she is an expert and very efficient. It was a pleasure to work with Sujatha. She and team go above and beyond to help their clients. We highly recommend working with her. Sujatha was super helpful in finding a tenant to my house located in Monroe Township, NJ. She was through in the filtering the potential tenants and took care of everything related like posting the ad, taking care of the keys, showing the house to tenants, documentation etc., I wasn't present at the location all through the process and Sujatha took care of everything for me.
We decided to move out of town and my move was a bit hectic because of limited time. As soon as I thought of moving I called Sujatha Bhaskara - who came highly recommended to us from one of our close friends. She was the only Realtor I interviewed as I felt totally confident and comfortable that she was the right person for the job. My confidence in her was well rewarded as Sujatha handled every step of the process with ease and clarity. We had a bit of an issue with the township, but Sujatha took care of everything. Even though I was not in the town, I never had to worry about anything. I am very pleased with how well Sujatha handled everything for me in her calm manner.. Overall, because of her expertise and guidance what could have been a stressful sale turned out to be a smooth one. We are very thankful for her help and will always recommend her to all our friends and family.

The reason I am writing this long review is to make sure people understand what a great agent Sujatha is and why you should have her on your side for possibly the biggest purchase of your life. She has helped us throughout, and I really want other people to know that. Me and my wife met Sujatha over 3 years ago when we started our hunt for a bigger house in the Marlboro/ Morganville area - yes, pre-covid. She is extremely knowledgeable on the area and has a proper pulse of the market, the buyers, & the current state of the housing market. We were extremely picky as this will be our second house where we plan to live for long until kids grow up. She suggested many good homes and as we headed into covid pandemic, the bidding started on homes. She suggested the price we should offer for the homes we liked, but we did not take her advice as we felt the number she was suggesting was way over. I wish now that we listened to her advice as we would have gotten our dream home 2 years back at low interest rates and at 10-15% lower price. Once we saw where those houses closed, her recommendations made perfect sense. This showed her understanding of the market and ability to judge a house's value based on market conditions. Fast forward to two months back, she listed a house in Morganville that would satisfy all our requirements. We were glad to have her as our agent as well, so dual agent from both seller's and buyer's side. What this also did was it made it more tricky for her as there are certain principles she has to abide by to make sure she is fair to both seller and buyer and we really appreciated this. She never told us what to offer. We went ahead & gave the offer we thought was fair. She got to work right away and provided our qualifications & our ability to obtain a mortgage to seller and did her best to get us the house as there were many offers on the house.  Again, she was being fair to seller and only enabled them to make an educated decision. Seller selected our offer to our joy. This showed her excellent negotiating & communication skills. It was not an easy transaction and her negotiation skills were tested to the max and she still was fair to both of us.  We finally closed on the house yesterday. And, if it was not for her, we would have never closed on this house. I will use this forum to say thank you to her one more time. P.S. All the references she provides are great to work with. If you do not have someone already finalized, you should definitely start with the references she gives as she is more trustworthy than any Angie's list or google reviews.
