Engraving and cleaning work was done quickly, professionally, and at the most competitive of pricing. Vince DeChristopher is a terrific guy who helped bring some measure of peace to our family after my mother passed in the middle of the pandemic when funeral options were limited. Dealing with ordering a headstone is never something you actually want to do, but at some point it becomes a must. When it did for use we went to DeChristopher Brothers with a challenge to get or stone in time for the service for our parents. We had lost both our parents with in a year of each other. Because of the pandemic we delayed having a service. When we decided to have it for both of them at the same time. We had about 8 weeks from our 1st visit to the service until the service. Not only did they walk us through the design and help us come up with a fitting marker, they got it made and in the ground with 10 days to spare. Now t the service when we commit our parents cremains we will not be doing in an unmarked grave. It may seem like a small difference, but my parents would be happy to know that. It was a last minute decision to stop in at DeChristopher's , I was just looking for a brochure of information for purchasing a monument. I was met by one of the owners Vince. I explained that I had already purchased ground at a near by cemetery and was just BROWSING. Vince was so personable and easy to talk to I felt like we had been friends for years. I was looking for something that would not be the same as my upcoming neighbors. He laughed and told me to look around at the samples. Within five minutes I saw exactly what I wanted. Total unique! My decision was made I had to have it. Vince made the transaction so easy especially since I wasn't looking to buy. This took place right after Thanksgiving so I kept it a surprise and gave it to my husband for Christmas. It was the joke heard around the block. It was just installed and it is more than PERFECT!
