My family is utterly disgraced with the way the employees of Saint Peter & Paul Cemetery. Our family member was berried in our family plot with three other family members on Thursday 3/9/2023. All the beautiful flowers we had purchased and that were purchased for our loved one were placed at the burial on Thursday. On Friday, 3/10/2023, we had returned in the early afternoon to visit with our family member and not only were all the flowers dead we understand that deer and animals come and eat the flowers but 7 arrangements were missing from the grave site. The funeral home has been contacted and made sure the grave site was taken care of and all flowers were placed with care once we had left the site on Thursday. We had contacted the employees of the cemetery and have been given the run around, at one point we were told the flowers were going to be placed there on Saturday, no flowers showed up. We had had multiple people call and were given the same answer of "we don't know." Over $1,200 in beautiful flowers as a tribute to our family member were tossed by the cemetery employees. If the animals had eaten the flowers the pots would still have been there early the next day but they were not. It is absolutely disgraceful the way we have been treated in the mourning process of our loved one with the lack of empathy and concern for the money we had put out to honor our loved one. We will be contacting others in regard to this issue.
The people who work at ss Peter & Paul must be used car sales associates or carpet baggers. Their policies are the worst I need to go there to sign a contract so they can open the grave for my mothers burial I asked to please email me the contract so I could read it a head of time. The refused said it’s not their policy. I then ask for the cost to open the grave so I could have a check written a head of time so I could transfer funds . Again they refused to share that information. Once you come in we will give you the amount What a bunch of leaches. They are trying to sell whatever products they can once you are on site . Scum of the earth trying to profit off your grief .
Haley was very helpful with assisting our entire family through the purchasing process of our lots along with the other services needed. She spent countless hours walking through all the family members on the purchase process and coverages. Hayley also made sure as a family we took advantage of the promotional offers that were available. Hayley continues to make her self available to answer any questions or concerns we have. I highly recommend Hayley as a point of contact she is very well informed in her line of work. Very humble and easy going.
Hayley conducted herself like a true professional. She was very responsive to all our questions and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. She took us to look at various sites and explained in detail the issues relating to the various plots. We signed a contract and then one day later needed to adjust the terms. Hayley understood our issues and prepared a new contract to incorporate those items. She made us feel comfortable with a purchase in which we lacked familiarity.
We want to thank Haley for her compassion and professionalism at Saint peter and Paul cemetery. Haley helped to minimize the difficulty and pain of interning family members who are loved with all of our heart. Her sensitivity and delicate touch was exactly what my family needed during this very trying time. Thank You Haley, Thank You
Hayley was so easy to work with. We all know that this is a trying time but Hayley did all she could to make it easy for me. She took care of all the paperwork in a very timely manner. She always checked to make sure everything was ok and what I wanted. When it came time for a cemetery marker she presented many different styles and again made it a very easy time for me. Hayley is great to work with and SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery are fortunate they have someone like Hayley in their organization.
Hayley is a true professional. She handled my situation in a timely manner and made sure everything was in order always keeping in contact with me via email since I live in Florida. She is a valued employee and I would not work with anyone else. Bless her! She gave me great peace of mind.
We had a positive experience with a very qualified sales representative, Ms Hayley Bouhuijs. She's knowledgeable in all aspects of her presentation and all our questions. Additionally, Hayley established a pleasant comfortable setting that was private and sensitive. She put us at complete ease and allowed us all the time we needed to make serious decisions. She escorted us to several sites on the cemetery grounds and also pointed out examples of headstone granite colors. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hayley to anyone in the future.
We had cemetery service at SS. Peter and Paul for my mother in May 2022. The process was seamless and our counselor was thorough, resourceful, compassionate and empathetic. Everything you could want when you're dealing with a cemetery. My family has long used SS Peter and Paul and I can see why. Thank you again!
I went to the st. Peter and Paul Cemetery office on a Sunday afternoon. Hayley was tremendous in helping me find my families burial spaces. I have never met someone so kind and helpful ever in my life... As Haley was that day. She also help me pick out and Design a wonderful memorial for my father-in-law whose grave we found unmarked. I would never hesitate to do business with Hayley again as she was both knowledgeable and everything one would hope for in a counselor!
