Every so often in life you encounter a human being who presents a complete profile as an authentic person, and Colleen O’Leary is one of these people. Thank you for going above and beyond, solely out of the kindness of your heart, to help us in our unexpected time of despair. Colleen, Kate & Thomas have touched our family greatly by helping us properly bury an innocent soul. You are truly an example of Christ's love. I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism and kindness the individuals running this funeral home showed me. O’Leary Funeral Home is physically also very inviting, clean and comfortable; it gives a very home-like feeling. It’s hard to express in words what I feel in my heart but everything about this funeral home, inside and out, is amazing. If you lose someone you love, I would recommend the O’Leary Funeral Home.
We recently buried my 91 year old mother. We met with Kate initially but Colleen worked with us the day of the funeral. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and kindness. They made this very difficult time a beautiful experience for our family. Thank You O'Leary Family!
The O'Leary Funeral Home has helped me with both of my parents, my father in 2007 and again for my mother in 2022. They are very nice people and are very conscious of your feelings during a difficult time. Colleen was an absolute life saver when it came to figuring out finances and getting everything completed. Not so sure words can describe how wonderful O'Leary Funeral Home was, when my Father passed away I was in a fog, they guided us through everything, helped make important decisions etc., I was not prepared to do. Colleen, Katie, Tommy & their staff helped us get through the hardest time ever. We are forever grateful for their love & compassion. You guys are the best!
I went to O’Leary Funeral Home when my father passed away this past November. From the moment I walked in the place I felt like I was treated like family. They went out of their way to help me through a difficult time and made the process much easier than I thought it would be. Any question we had was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully and any request we made was handled with kindness and professionalism. This included a last minute change in plans my mother wanted the day before the funeral. I have nothing but good feelings and great things to say about the O’Leary family and their business.
When you experience an unexpected loss it is hard to wrap your head around the details that need to be taken care of. The O’Leary family helped us take care of everything. From dates, obituaries and flowers they were patient and empathetic. It was a beautiful funeral and felt very personal to who my dad was. I would recommend O’Leary funeral home to all of my loved ones.
It’s been almost ten years since I lost my father & people still talk to me about his funeral & beautiful send off. The O’Leary family was who we called & even though it was Christmas Eve, they were business as usual & right there when we needed them. From the arrangements at the funeral home to the flowers, music, readings, mass booklet, procession, escort to the cemetery and the luncheon after the services...they guided us through it all. Thank you Tom, Carol, Katie, Colleen, Tommy,, Megan & Peggy for everything you have done.
Today we laid to rest the eldest member of our family. What is considered by some to be a very difficult day, today we celebrated the well-lived life of our cousin. She resided in and passed away in Ocean City, NJ, at the age of 90. From the time I buried her sister through the O'Leary family, they have taken care of every detail that I have asked help with. One phone call to them and this family member was returned here where we could all participate in her service. They provided an early-morning limo service to bring other dear family members here from the shore and returned them home safely. They arranged for the church, the flowers, the luncheon, and most importantly today, the umbrellas! We are so grateful to finish our day today feeling so well cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the O'Leary family from the family of Eleanor Sacks.
From the moment we called O’Leary Funeral Home to plan my mother’s funeral, we were treated as family. We were greeted with hugs and comfort. Colleen, tommy, Carol, and Peggy went over and beyond to help guide my family during our darkest times. From the flowers to the programs, everything was perfect and personal and for that, I’m so very grateful. Thank you O’Learys for everything
