The fire on 9/25/15: Around 16:45 Denver Firefighters were dispatched to a commercial structure fire at 4040 E. Evans Avenue. It is believed the fire was set by squatters or homeless who have been using the structure as shelter. The Dead Beat Club was and always be thought of as a melting pot nightclub that allowed people from all walks of life, to come, get a drink, dance the night away and all be the same. We were all losers, baby and the memories will live on. - MCB
