My family loved this park, especially the unique dragon! It was very clean and well kept, except the bathrooms were closed. The sign said they were open starting on April 1st, however it's May and they should have been open.
This park has a little bit of everything! There is a working bathroom as well as benches and picnic tables.
This is a great park with 3 main playground structures next to one another. There is also a great dragon sculture/play area slightly further from the main area. Kids will love coming here. There is also a small shelter with picnic tables and benches for parents to sit or hold items. Parking is a bit limited, but the main lot for island crest park is just slightly down the road a few minutes away with plenty of parking.
Wonderful park!!! Lots of Playtoys, swings, slides and unique Dragon to play on. I loved it and so dis my kids.
Lots of playground options and a big sports field. Easy parking just wish they had better paved areas for stroller or walking in laps. It does get busy at certain times to be prepared for that.
This park is just so fun for kids of varying ages. We visit this park many times a year and the kids love it! From our first visit many years ago, we were impressed with the play equipment available - swings, climbing frames, play structures yes plural!, digger/scooper toys, and of course, their amazing Castle and Dragon structures. Visit this place, it's fun!
This park probably has the best play structures of all the ones we have been to in the last 2-3 years. There are at least 3 separate areas for the kids to play which was helpful when trying to stay relatively distant from others. There are also a few covered picnic tables and lots of room for the kiddos to run around. It looks like there might be wooded trails or something further into the park, but we didn’t make it that far with all the other cool things to explore right upon entering. The park is super clean and very family friendly. There was also a free parking lot right in front of the park’s entrance, which was super convenient. I really appreciated that the taller play structures were well-secured— without gaps for ladders, poles, etc. like I’ve seen in many other parks. Basically, I didn’t have to worry about my 3 year old not paying attention and walking, tripping or running off the 2nd story and falling to his demise, which really allowed for a more enjoyable experience for all of us. He also loved the castle theme. The stone dragon was a big hit as well. We will definitely be coming back here!
My kids ages 1-7 had a great time! Multiple playscapes for different ages of kids, picnic tables, trails, shade, covered areas. We had tons of fun!
So much for kids to do! 3 playgrounds , 1 rock climbing area, 1 dragon and a tiny trail. My kids never want to leave this park.
Absolutely the best playground we’ve been to in the area. Beautiful, shady, and fun. Playground is well maintained and there’s a bathroom!
