Despite 3 failed petitions, a political action committee called “Concerned Citizens for MI Parks” continues to fight to prevent the Mercer Island Center for the Arts, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, from creating an arts center at the site of the abandoned recycling center in an unused corner of Mercerdale Park.
A group of MI residents has formed “Support MI Parks and Arts” to oppose this effort.

2. Tell your friends and neighbors, share this Facebook page and post on other social media sites. Tell everyone to not buy in to CCMIP's rhetoric, campaign of misinformation and misstatement of the facts.
