Very long wait. And the lobby area is highly dirty very disgusting tbh. Chairs are all broken down and the carpet had many stains. People at the front desk are at least very nice. Doctors area is horrible it’s just one big open plan and no place for anyone else to sit no privacy at all. The assistants are rude told me there wasn’t any place for me to sit and I needed to wait in the waiting area. I understand businesses are hard but if you are going to have one keep it up to good looks and good treatment. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.
Do not go here. Place was Hella dirty, One big room no privacy for patients and all of the ladies were REALLY rude to me. I was a bit fidgety during my cleaning since the woman didn't even tell me who she was she just walked I and started working on me without even making sure the name matched the patient. I was very nervous the lady straight said "Stop moving and I won't make you bleed" I could not believe she said that. Then they tried to tell me I had four cavities and I needed to schedule a filling with them. I said "No I'm finding another dentist goodbye". Afterward They still tried to call me aND get me to schedule another appointment and I firmly told the woman no I'm not going back. Went to a different dentist who told me no I didn't have cavities and everything was perfect. So I was treated badly AND they gave me a false diagnosis? I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL.
The waiting time is ridiculously long. I read and heard from others. At least one hour or two. Only seen finally because mentioned. Treating horribly by the dentist D. Ashida. Very inconsiderate unsanitary harsh rough Had everything splattering all over my face eyes hair clothing and when I mentioned at least twice that did not want bacteria to get in my eyes and that would like a bib Finally she stopped cleaning was very upset Walked away and in an angry very upset voice told her assistant to place a bib on me. She came back and continued the cleaning but very rough and in a mean manner. I had tears streaming down my face and she did not ever show or express any care or concern when I mentioned was being rough or hurting. D. Ashida said trying to hurry to get you out of here fast. A lot of ills and wrongs with my records to be sent elsewhere also.
Horrible experience!!! She is unprofessional and rude. Was purposely heavy handed and told me to stop moaning and she would get it over with, instead of simply giving me a shot of novacaine. It was a traumatic event to have someone in a position of power be so cruel. I've never met a dentist before that enjoyed hurting their client she definitely seemed too. Do not go to this woman.
I was highly recommended to Dr Ashida's office because of the excellent dental work done by Dr Ashida. After my first visit I found this to be true. Alicia was also very helpful w/the billing part of my visit & my different options. Thanks Dr. ASHIDA for a very positive experience.
Best dentist in town hands down. Wait time is a bit long but the doctor cares about her patients so she doesn’t rush the appointments.
I usually have a decent experience here however the last few times I’ve gone in I have had to wait over 45 minutes when I arrive to my appointments at least 10 minutes early. Scheduling is a major issue at this office and they don’t consider the time patients take out of their work day to make it to and from their appointments within a timely matter. If an appointment is scheduled for 10:30 and I’m made to wait until 11:30 then schedule me for 11:30 and get me into my appointment on time. Totally ridiculous.
The worst experience, went in with toothpain 10/10 pain, crying and the dentist didn’t even come talk to me. Prescribed me antiobiotics and told me to come back in a week. Well she told her X-ray tech to tell me because the dentist didn’t even acknowledge me. Will not be going back. Ended up going to the ER because the pain was unbearable, 3 day stay in the hospital and I finally found a dentist to take my tooth out shortly after discharge from the hospital. Do not reccomend if you have a dental emergency!
From the moment I called to make the appointment, the staff were so nice and friendly. Dr. Ashida and her staff were thoughtful of my needs and accommodations. Thank you Dr. Ashida and all your staff. Super amazing service!
Excellent care and service. From their wonderful front desk person, dental assistants and Dr Ashida herself, I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and she was very gentle and caring.
