Dr. Sams and Dr. Sullivan are excited about returning to Decatur, IL and the opportunity to provide state of the art orthopedic care. Dr. Sams was born and raised in Decatur, while Dr. Sullivan lived here while attending Millikin University for his premedical studies. Both have passionately pursued the field of orthopedics and now have the ability to provide this care to the people of Macon County. Partnering with both DMH and St. Mary's Hospital, they will provide cutting edge care in joint replacement, general orthopedics, fracture care, and sports medicine.
