DeClare is run by Chef Deb and her daughter-in-law, Alison. Chef Deb has certification in
Baking and Pastry Arts, 30 years of experience as a cake designer, and is the batter-pusher and
buttercream queen behind DeClare. She takes a flavor first approach to baking using fresh,
natural and high quality ingredients. Her classic creations highlight a certain Southern simplicity
punctuated by thoughtful details, textured layers and natural floral accents. Alison is the idea girl
and business manager for DeClare. She’s all about making sure your experience from tasting to
guest-raving is as sweet as the cake itself, and that the precise parts of your personalities,
preferences and presentation come together in a beautiful way on your dessert spread.
