My hip was killing me and I was determined to hike the narrows the next day. When I walked in I appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. I booked an hour custom massage and Gigi was my therapist. She is talented and well-informed. Most importantly to me, she is sincere about her work and desire to help her patients out of pain. I only wish I had booked for longer; it was an excellent experience. It was so helpful; I was able to keep a great pace on my hike the next day. I’d I were local I would be a regular.
I decided to book a last minute Himalayan massage the day after Thanksgiving due to having a knot in my neck for over a week. There was plenty of availability, and both my step mom who was serviced by David and I were extremely happy with our services. Ellen did my massage and she was incredible. She paid close attention to the area I was struggling with, while still saving plenty time to do the rest of the massage without it feeling rushed. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, Ellen and David!
Best hot stone massage ever! I had the most amazing massage at this spa from David Sanchez aka the magical healer. From the moment you walk in, you feel the relaxed and healing atmosphere with welcoming front staff. The massage was out of this world, especially after a day of hiking the narrows and next time I’m in town, I will certainly be going back. Highly recommend. Thanks David and staff for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable!!!

My wife went there on short notice to get a pedicure and was totally satisfied with the service and the experience. We were staying right across the street at the Zion Canyon Campground RV park, so it was very convenient. The place is impeccable and peaceful. My wife really liked the technician who did her toes. I fell asleep in the main lobby! While the pedicure was on the expensive side, it was worth it and we would definitely visit there again.
Enjoyed this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer! It was pricey but the campus was beautifully maintained, the reception staff were helpful, our room and the pool were clean. We slept very well in beds! The proximity to Zion National Park was fantastic, and having Spotted Dog Cafe next door was a huge perk because the food was delicious! We loved seeing the mama and baby deer come up to the pool area while we were swimming our last morning!
You Won't forget this Epic YOGA experience! You're Surrounded by phenomenal Zion canyon beauty with Eagle's Crag as your focal point for your poses. Ellen is very in tune and makes gentle adjustments. Her routine is perfect for Pre/Post Hike/Bike ride. Not too vigorous just enough to get it all warmed up and stretched out. I've been doing yoga for 30 years and she had some unique takes on the poses.
5/5 for the treatment itself however the front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. With the recent storm and mudslide, there was a possibility of our scheduled outdoor activity of being postponed. I understand that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy but when I walked in 30 hours prior to notify them that the activity may conflict with the time of the massage they had no flexibility. I asked if I could call first thing the next morning I would know by 7am and they said no - despite the mudslide. They said “you either cancel 24 hours before, or keep the appointment and might have to pay for a service you don’t get.” I chose to reschedule and I’m glad I had the opportunity to do so. I did my first mud wrap here with Ellen and she was INCREDIBLE. Before we got started she asked if I wanted a longer wrap or more of a hydrating oil to be applied I chose hydration. She made sure I felt toasty but not too hot. After the wrap, I was back on the table for a hydrating oil with hot stones and she worked out all the sore muscles from hiking. Any service that Ellen has I would choose in a heartbeat!
I don't think this hotel is worth the price for lodging in Zion. We payed more than double the price of a hotel further down the road also on the shuttle path, but didn't receive anything additional. Our bathroom door wouldn't close, the lights above the bed were placed in a spot where we both hit our heads, and we received an "upgraded room" but it seemed to be a regular room with no refrigerator.
