So impressed with deer creek animal hospital! If I could give 10 stars I would. I never give reviews but just had such a wonderful experience with them that I feel I must. The front desk women were fabulous and answered all my crazy questions. They were SO helpful and caring while we figured out what was wrong with my dog. Doctor Cain was so knowledgeable, professional while being empathetic and relatable. He and his staff took great care of our dog and communicated every step of the way. We appreciate everything they do !
Dr. Russell Cain is a superb veterinarian. I have been taking my dogs to him for years. He is compassionate with your beloved animals and owners alike. I have never had a doubt that my boys will receive outstanding care with Dr. Cain. From minor skin issues, routine health maintenance, to more concerning problems addressed through surgical intervention - Dr. Cain’s expertise is noticed. The clinic has much to offer you and your animals. He is able to dispense medications for your pets on site which is convenient. Many other services are offered too long to list in a single review. Dr. Cain and his team will take care of you as you an extension of their family. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.
Deer Creek Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful with my fur baby, Onyx. It gave me peace of mind after they saw him very quickly and checked him over. He's doing much better already! Onyx was scared to death, but they were all very comforting with him! I'd definitely recommend them!
I’ve had dogs my whole life and have seen many vets. Deer Creek Animal Hospital is my favorite! The veterinarians are extremely smart and knowledgeable with young and old dogs. The staff is so friendly. When we board our dogs they come home well and not freaked out.
Dr. Cain is the best. He is knowledgeable and responsive. The entire staff is very helpful and always willing to help. I highly recommend Deer Creek Animal Hospital.
We went to this place on April. Our pet never got better, he gotten worst. We decided to looked for another opinion. We find another great vet, 4 months later our dog has 13 tumors all cancer. Are you kidding me? Made me waste my time and money, most importantly my time with our dog and now there is absolutely NOTHING to do. Great job, keep it up, just sucks.
Such caring staff... can't say enough wonderful things about this place! They are currently nursing my sick kitten back to health and have just been amazing every step of the way... thank you for being so compassionate Dr. Bre
I brought my dog here to see Dr Berkey when he was having trouble with his appetite and had early stage heart disease. Without giving him an echocardiogram or even checking to see if he had water in his chest the doctor told me he had serious heart failure. She loaded him up on a bunch of unnecessary meds that made him pee himself constantly and made it even harder for him to eat. When I called and told them the meds weren't working, she refused to talk to me without more money I had spent $500 with them by now and offered to do a euthanasia consult. I was absolutely distraught but thank god I decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere. My new competent veterinarian was very confused as to why my dog was on these medications. My dog was showing no signs of heart failure. After running an echocardiogram they confirmed what I already knew from an xray, he has very early stage heart disease and is otherwise perfectly healthy. Once I took him off the unnecessary heart medications and put him on a new diet he began eating again just fine. I do not know if this mistreatment was due to incompetence, laziness, or greed but I am beyond livid at the mistreatment of my dog and myself. I recommend you stay away from this animal hospital if you value your pet's health and your own sanity.
Everyone was extremely friendly! They were also very helpful. Dr. Strickland was amazing and so knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of my furbabies.
First time to bring one of my pets here. Front desk was rude, and they couldn’t figure out if we were checked-in or not. We sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes although we had a scheduled appointment, then I decided to leave. Weird, chaotic vibe
