Exceptional pet surgical services at an affordable price. Their use of laser surgical technology PADS is phenominal. Minimal pain, minimal bleeding, and minimal pet down time. They removed over 1.5 lbs of calcium stones from my Lola's bladder and she was up and nearly back to normal in less than 24 hrs. Thank you, Thank you Thank you for helping my Lola and helping make this surgery affordable!
They can care less about your dog here. I called up here and a lady name Carolyn answered the phone. Well that’s the name she gave me when I asked. She sounded like an older lady. I called up here to inquire about getting a tumor removed, mind you I came here before to have surgery for my dog and before they only asked for pictures to be emailed and a letter from my vet saying that my dog needed surgery. This time the lady I spoke to kept asking questions with an attitude you can tell she wasn’t trying to help and she was like get in touch with your vet and I said I did and that my vet even wrote a letter for surgery and that I had been here before for surgery, she wasn’t trying to hear any of that and she kept brushing me off with an attitude and it was clear that she didn’t care or wanted to help. This didn’t happen before when I brought my dog here. She was so nasty over the phone. I think she is new here because she didn’t know what she was saying or doing. She is heartless and does not need to work in this field.
I have never bought my dog there but based on my research I don't see where they are any cheaper than my regular vet for a tooth scaling and extractions like the website says. Also because there is no follow up in case my dog has any problems is a major concern for me also.
I add an appointment 4 my dachshund Mecca to have her teeth cleaned. The appointment turned out better than I had ever expected. The staff was very friendly they answered all my questions and they called me several times to make sure Mecca was doing well. Also they finished appointment time early. I found a new dentist for my Mecca I'm so excited and pleased thank you thank you thank you so much.
Paid $400 for our dog to have his teeth cleaned and polished for the first time. He was adopted nearly 5 years ago and while only considered a year old, his teeth had a significant amount of buildup. We went to Affordable Veterinary Services at Oyster Point who referred us to PADS. We dropped off at 7:20 am on our appointment day and we’re able to retrieve our dog before noon! Very sweet and caring staff and would recommend to everyone looking for affordable dog dental cleaning. Be sure to book your appointment in advance as spots book out months in advance.
They did a wonderful job with our dogs teeth cleaning, and they called the next day to check up on him.
I had an okay experience here. Nothing notably good. I was a little upset that while being waited on by the front desk employees they did not greet me and were texting during our conversations. I also was a bit lost and confused when picking up my pet. I told the two front desk employees I was there to pick my pet up, and they were both texting. I paid, then they were both sitting and texting. I wasn't sure if someone else was bringing my dog to me or if I was waiting for something. Eventually one of the employees stood up to collect my dog for me. I was also a bit concerned with some discomfort my dog may have been experiencing after bringing him home. When I called the clinic back with my concern, it was only then that it was shared with me that it may take him longer to bounce back from anesthesia due to his age. I just wish that information would have been shared with me when picking up to save me the worry. The sign at the office shows that they are only open M-W, so I wasn't expecting an answer on the phone on Thursday but someone was available to take my call. That was nice so I could get some answers about my pet's potential discomfort. I will say that the price was very affordable, $400 for dental cleaning/scraping. I would be open to visiting the clinic again because of the prices, I just wish the communication between veterinarians/technicians and clients was much better.
Amazing experience. Gentle and caring staff and doctor. I was so happy to take my girl home the same day as well.
Very profesional and affordable. Staff is amazing and make the process very easy to understand. Love them! Will come back soon for another dental cleaning!
My dog needed an emergency surgery and thank you Deer Park Animal Hospital for making that happen. Emailed then during closed time on Sunday and still was able to get an estimate and set up a surgery for the next morning emailing them pictures and information. Thanks again
