The staff are friendly and the vets are thorough. They also kept me informed in a timely manner during my dog’s surgery, so they definitely eased my worries. They even took care of issues I had no idea about. Would 100% recommend!
My dog, Echo, cut is paw pretty bad on something late one night, unfortunately the next day I was scheduled to go out of town for 2-4 days and I had to be in the office early the next morning, so I had a very small window to get him into a vet somewhere to be checked out. DP Vet Hospital was able to see him at 4 and for a slightly better diagnosis price than I had been quoted at another location. The entire staff were so friendly and took such great care of my shy/anxious pup. Dr. Natale was able to clean and wrap the cut quickly so that I was able to bring him with me out of town. I'm very grateful for all of their help and for seeing me on such short notice!
I have been taking my pets here for years. You can find a few vets around town that might be a little cheaper but many of those locations will result in unnecessary repeat visits. The staff have worked with me several times to squeeze one of my pets in for something time sensitive which does save money avoiding after hours ER vet visits. My dog is not very comfortable with veterinary staff and they are very accommodating for her. Really great place for your fur family!
Biscuit and I love this place! His left eye began to close 2 weeks ago and he would rub it constantly. I was using the vet services at the local pet store but they had 0 openings for the month and any location. Found this hospital on a search and love everything about it. They had openings the same day and really good hours. They have a patient portal; text communication and follow-up, and the best staff and doctors. Not one bad interaction. The doctors listen completely! They explain what they are doing; what they are looking for; and the treatment plan they think is best. I don't care what the cost was to help Biscuit; however, they are very reasonable and transparent.
Absolutely wonderful care!!! Dr. Naas and her team did amazing with my elderly car. Definitely will be returning with my other babies shortly. Thank you guys!!!!
The care & compassion DPVH showed during the tremendous loss of our dear sweet Willow "bug" has lifted us up during very sad times. The ENTIRE staff has been a tremendous blessing to us. The care that Dr. Naas and her team gives come from the love that they have for animals. If you don't already feel your vet is the best of the best, switch to this one; you will be glad you did. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for the care that you also gave to our precious "Dog-Dog" Sadie. a feline -- for those that are confused by the pics and to little Willow. Even though we are lost without "Dog-Dog" Sadie and Willow "Bug". We know that we will see them soon on the other side of the rainbow Bridge.
I absolutely love our vet so much, they're phenomenal. We recently had to put down our cat Vincent who was a frequent flyer here as he had many issues. Shortly after we put him down we received a heartfelt hand written note expressing their condolences about Vincent. He will always be missed but I thank all of you for everything you did for our sweet little boy. I trust you guys with the rest of our cats for as long as they're around
My family and I have been coming to Deer Park Veterinarian for the last four years for all our pets needs. I will absolutely go nowhere else!! The staff it’s so wonderful to deal with so efficient and so compassionate. We had to put two of our animals down this past year unexpectedly and they really helped us thru those emotional times. As a 1st time puppy parent, I was extremely nervous to take my little boy to the vet but Benny had a great experience and I couldn’t be happier! I feel so much better knowing I have a reliable vet for any of bennys needs. Thank you so much and his picture is hanging up on my fridge!!
