The Wellness Center at DeKalb Medical is an 18,000 square foot fully equipped fitness facility complete with an indoor pool and indoor track.
We offer a variety of programs and services in the areas of fitness, lifestyle education and integrative medicine. Whether you are a well-conditioned athlete or use an assistive device, you'll find classes, equipment and caring Wellness Center staff members to help you reach your personal goals for optimal health.
Whether you want to get in shape, lose weight or learn to make healthy choices, The Wellness Center has something for you. Land and water exercise options are available, as well as lifestyle classes such as monthly Doc Talks and yoga. We also have a demonstration kitchen/classroom, special fitness training for the needs of bariatric weight loss members, massage therapy and much more.
