Two fields, well kept and regularly used. This park is nestled in the beautiful woods, has plenty of parking, a picnic area and playground. I met my husband playing ball on this field, then I married him on this field.
Amazing park. Lots of children's play equipment. Huge grill area with about 30 picnic tables. Super nice park.
Went there for a MBT Bike clinic, so we rode the trails around the park, was just perfect for the purpose, will go back to ride more trails
A beautiful spot in Santa Cruz for so many activities… I love to play golf on this very nice and challenging course and I have walked my dogs along the many trails that run all along the hills and ridges. There are baseball fields and playgrounds, large group picnic areas. And even a very nice disk golf course. I have been told that the mountain bike trails are also world class.
So happy we got to play here! Multiple holes closed due to erosion but otherwise a challenging course. Very muddy and lots of people on the course so check before you go!
A surreal disc golf experience. From wide open fields to a basket, to long tree tunnels, or up with dog legs, this is really a location that will stay with you once you have played here. 27 holes with a number of options of layouts, and the world's first signature top of the world. This is a definite bucket list course.
Loved this park, I entered from a side trail due to the park being closed because of COVID-19. The benches were plentiful and lots of places to cook outside. There was also a great Frisbee course, but we didn't play on it. The surrounding trails were lush with a banana slug sighting. All in all, it is a must adventure places for kids or adults.
Had a blast playing the disc golf course with some friends, definitely get a view of the wonderful scenery especially on a nice warm sunny day. I definitely recommend checking out this place if you're in the area, even for a hike or hitting the bike trails.
Is there such thing as a perfect park? I think so. But they didn't call it the perfect park. They called it DeLaveaga Park. Need to set up bbq? This is the spot. Plenty of sunlight and big giant field for anyone to join in on the fun. Call all of your friends and family. Who cares what the occasion is. The memories of being together and outdoors is enough to make memories last. Bottom line. Good bbq pits. Lots of space. Bathrooms yes. A playground for kids. Dog friendly. Ample parking.
Old school golf course with lots of full grown trees. Course was in very good shape and greens were excellent. Friendly staff in pro shop and after round bar
