ZERO STARS.......Dr Lee should not be addressed as a Doctor. He has NO bedside manner or compassion at all! He wanted to sedate my sweet mild mannered senior cat who has hyperthyroidism just to draw blood for her TSH level. As a RN I knew this didn't make any sense! Her regular vet never had to sedate her nor would that have been an option. Once I declined the sedation MR LEE got irritated and angry. He called his secretary in to assist with holding down my cat to draw blood for the thyroid test. After a few moments he said he couldn't get it!...He didn't even try! I sat there watching him and he did nothing to get a blood sample. She needed this test done to receive refills on her medication and to see if the dose she's currently on is effective. Now without an updated thyroid test to see if her meds are still controlling her condition I will have to take her to another vet. A waste of my time and the stress it caused my senior cat was for nothing. Mr Lee should not be practicing as a licensed veterinarian because he lacks every aspect of what a good vet is. BEWARE AND AVOID HAVING YOUR TIME WASTED. RESEARCH AND GO ELSEWHERE SO YOUR PET CAN GET BETTER TREATMENT!
Dr. Lee is great. Knowledgeable and fast visits. He got my dog treated after our last vet didn't treat her properly. Thanks Doctor!
The receptionist is very friendly and cordial. The doctor is very friendly & straight to the point. I was seen within 15 minutes of walking in. I was out after 30 minutes including my cat feeling better! My cat had fleas Even though I put her a flea collar on and a bath once a month. Anyway my bill was $180. If I knew exactly what was wrong I could’ve went and got the medicine myself for $28.99. Saving 150$ ouch
I had my third visit there today and I don't know who is kinder, the Assistant to the Vet or the Vet himself. Absolutely clean and comfortable office and a totally professional experience. I will tell everyone I know with a pet about Dr. Hochul.
Great experience and very professional. My cat is all better after her spay. A+
Dr. Lee is a great vet. I have been there with my elderly cat who, by the way, suffers from constipation. And just recently visited with an 8 week old kitten who, of course, had to be dewormed and deflead I am not sure if that is an actual word. Again he is a patient , professional and just a great vet.
My family moved back to Philly four yrs ago from Bucks County and continued using our vet there even though my dog, Milo, hated the car ride. At 18 yrs, his health was steadily declining and we began to worry that we were ignoring that it was his time to leave us. Not wanting to subject him to another long car ride we brought him to DCAH. While they had never seen him the doctor and staff were very patient as we talked about Milo's condition and quality of life which led to our deciding to let our little buddy go to rest. I am grateful that, despite having no prior emotional connection to Milo, they were respectful and sympathetic of what turned out be a terribly sad day for us. If I recover and get a new dog in the future, I will use them.
My cat is not always comfortable with Vets but now he gets care with Dr. Lee is more comfortable because gentle touch he receives at Delaware County Animal Hospital
Very nice staff, was seen quickly and the bill wasn't as bad as I expected. Great service and I feel like they really cared about my cat. Helped me when I didn't know what to do. On point as always.
