Everyone needs to know about this place. They handle my wife's celebration of her life. There were tears , then with the videos , piano player , the beautiful rooms and bar . After some prayers it turned into a celebration of my wife's life . The staff is great . They guide you through one of toughest things in your life .All of our friends loved it ,thought it was beautiful . Nobody had ever been to funeral like that , that turned into remembering the good times . Our friends all sang to my wife's favorite song Spirit In the Sky , I know my wife Terry was looking down singing along. It was so different than any funeral service I have ever been to with the cocktail hour, the food was great , the video screens all over ,the music system . I just want to thank the staff for making one of the worst things to happen in a person life into something that brought all the good memories to life , Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff for really helping heal the pain of loss and making usually a sad and solemn event into a real celebration of my wife's life. This facility is the absolute best place for a funeral. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was perfect. Everyone that attended loved everything about this place. The staff is amazing George Smith helped us with every detail and went out of his way to handle all of our needs.
Excellent services, kind and caring staff. Took care of everything and left me with no worries at all. Called to check in at every step. Explained everything and answered every question I asked. Delivered the ashes right to me along with some memory cards. Would highly recommend.
I would like to thank DVCC for all there help regarding the final care of my wife Jill. They were very helpful and took care of all the logistics and paperwork, making a very difficult time much easier. All costs and options were explained in detail and there were no surprises at the time of payment. The location is clean, organized and a comfortable place. The people are very professional and friendly. Overall a great helpful group of people.
Our sudden difficulties and pain were handled with professionalism, consideration, and sensitivity. Accommodations went well beyond expectation. The celebration of life held for our loved one was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you to Jay, George, Jess, Jen, and Bill. You made it feel like family.
The total experience was geared towards supporting the family. Great communication. Atmosphere was beautiful. Our celebration of our father’s life was everything we wanted. The staff was so helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend the services.
We used them when my husband passed away in March. They were so helpful with everything. They showed us the urns and memory items they had and also provided us with other options. We used them for the memorial service as well and they did an amazing job. They also helped me afterwards when I was still dealing with the life insurance.
Del Val was most helpful and kind while we dealt with my Mother in law’s death. They were very professional and informative.
This is the third time I have used Del Val Cremation over the last 10 years and each time they have been wonderful about answering all your questions. They walk you through the process which they make very easy when you are grieving. And a huge thank you to Jess who went above and beyond!
From the first call everyone was friendly & compassionate. They really keep you informed every step of the way.
