The appointment was very quick, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. You can tell they actually enjoy their jobs, they want to get to know you to give you the right treatment. I've had bad experiences with this place in the past, but everyone seems new and they have improved incredibly. Got lots of compliments on my outfit as well, makes you feel welcomed.
I know akot of people are gonna probably disagree with me on this. But in all the time I've been going to valley view, I have had only good experiences. From the front desk, to the Dr's, and their assistants have all been awesome.
If I could leave a ZERO stars I would. This facility on multiple occasions has displayed terrible care and lack professionalism. Their inability to manage or support clients is concerning at best. I would rather drive hours to find any other provider. They limit what you can discuss per visits. They do not accommodate any needs or display any understanding for clinical mindfulness. The staff don’t seem to be trained towards patient focused care. Front desk staff even have cussed at my family member for being late. Worst health care I have ever encountered. And I’ve worked in mental health for the last 10 years. If you care about your loved ones seek care else where.
They were very helpful and truly concerned about my needing to be seen asap and in trying to get me an appt. at one of their many sites. I don't like the fact that you can only be seen for one medjcal issue per appt. Other than that they have always been helpful, kind and professional.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Explained my current condition and what to look forward to as in surgery.
The staff are friendly and helpful my Dr. Knows me she makes me feel that she has my best interest in mind and is very responsive and resourceful to my needs. My son see a pediatrician at the Toledo clinic and he is amazing with my son very interactive and treats my son like he is a little person not just a patient. The nurses are awesome with immunizations they are quick and make the experience non traumatizing. I can't say enough about all the Valley View clinics.
It takes weeks to get in and they don't save emergency appointments , so if you have a UTI they refer you to the walk-in clinic in Centralia. So if you don't have transportation to get to Centralia you're SOL. I've worked in doctors offices for years and we always save appointments in case there was an emergency and someone needed to get in, but for some reason they don't. So I decided to add to my review. I went to Cowlitz family health in Castle Rock and they got me right in and when I had to make another appointment I got a telemedicine appointment the next day. When I went into the office they had other patients unlike Valley View who never had patients or appointments! it was a quick in and out appointment. And it only cost me $17 dollar instead of the $40 Valley view charges me. I really think Valley View needs to be investigated.
Got my COVID-19 vaccine there. Outstanding service, very organized, really great operation. Well done Valley View Health Center.
They need somone with experience in the billing and coding department .I have been bill for my yearly check up and blood work that is preventive care not regular for the last two years that has been covered for for the last 18 year before starting at this office.Then I have to call them and the Insurance company and LapCop to fix there errors . With all the run around I get from the office it take a while to fix this.I was at the Doctor's in Oct and am still trying to straighten this mess up in Jan. Time for a new Doctor. How many other have been over charged and shouldn't have.
