This company was absolutely AMAZING! 100% recommend them to anyone who needs flowers!! My mother and I hired them to create a last minute standing flower arrangement for a family member of a friend who passed away. They were extremely accommodating, attentive and patient with us. Later we found out we got the date of the funeral wrong and Sophia was extremely understanding and helpful in helping us change the flower arrangement we originally ordered to something that would be more suitable for an at home setting. Then when the driver attempted to deliver we found out I was given an incomplete address. They really went above and beyond! Once I got the correct address they still managed to deliver the flowers same day! I could not recommend them enough! They are absolutely amazing and I will 100% be back to order from them again!

I have never ordered from this place but I never will, judging by the bad attitude of their drivers, driving at high speed through streets where there are children's parks and schools as well as verbally insulting and offending drivers with the middle finger is not exactly the seriousness or the professionalism that I expect from a company. Today the driver of this van insulted and threatened me, taking advantage of seeing me alone with my son, just because he had to reduce his speed when I joined the road. this was today in sw miami at quail road st and 122nd ave.

These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I don't want to mention anyone in particular because the whole staff was great. Even the person in the back making the arrangements came to help us out. I will definitely be going back.

They helped me with a funeral arrangement. We ordered the wrong thing so I had to call and fix it in the morning. they were incredibly friendly, professional, and fast. The arrangement was GORGEOUS. I cannot recommend Deloris enough.

They have good plants there but flower arrangements are not there strong suit

Kudos to Deloris Florist! This is the first time I have used Deloris Florist since Deloris passed. I would always use Delorist Florist when sending flowers in the Miami area. Deloris always provided exceptional service and quality flowers. I am so pleased to say that the customer service that Ms. Sophia Robinson provided was exemplary. The requested flowers were arranged beautifully by the design team. They provided high end quality in floral freshness and arrangement. I would like to note that Sophia made sure that the flowers I wanted would be accepted at the hospital since some flowers due to pollen, spores, etc... would not be accepted. Over the past two months this is the 3rd time I have placed an order with a florist online. Yet! this is the first that got it right! Correct item and delivery. Thank you Deloris for your warmth, awesome customer service and delivering a wonderful fruit basket. May friend said it put a smile on her family's face, it was the most wonderful basket they had received.

The floral arrangements designed by Deloris Florist were absolutely gorgeous!!! The casket spray, tropical bleeding heart and standing sprays for our loved one stood out above the rest. The staff was caring, understanding and patient during this very difficult time. Thank you for a job well done. Absolutely Amazing!!!!

I asked for recommendations for a florist local to the recipient. Deloris Florist and Gifts was the one given. When I attempted to order on the website, it didn't work. However, I ended up calling and speaking to a very sweet lady. I should have asked her name, but she was very pleasant, engaging and accommodating. I asked for last minute delivery and she didn't disappoint. The recipient loved the arrangement. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Beautiful arrangement but delivered one day in advance of the requested delivery date. The system allowed to choose delivery on Sunday but at the end was done on Saturday. Not extremely bid deal, but not happy either.
