Delray Beach Middle School is a private, Montessori-inspired, independent lab school. Delray Beach Middle provides a nurturing, stimulating, academically rigorous environment specifically geared to the unique needs of young adolescents.
The school serves grades 6-8 and is the only charter or private middle school in Palm Beach County registered with the Florida Department of Education and the only other middle school in Delray Beach. While other private schools are K-12 or K-8 or 6-12, Delray Beach Middle focuses on the unique and special needs of young adolescents, especially during the transition from elementary and to high school.
