Delray Physician Care Center provides families with walk-in medical care for all your immediate health care needs. We offer DOT, School,Sports and Work physical exams, general and pre-op physicals, drug testing and other general medical services. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience, and we offer immediate medical attention to our patients. At Delray Physician Care Center, no appointment is necessary. Our physicians take the time to speak with you to find out the cause of your particular medical condition.

I have to say how refreshing it was to meet doctors and staff who took the time to find out exactly what was going on. The staff and doctors were professional, courteous, very kind and caring. A great experience. Always remember it takes a team.

It should not take 1hr+ to get a simple urine test for a job. I am very displeased with the service. I arrived before 5 others and i am still sitting in the same spot every one else has been serviced. This is beyond ridiculous. I’d give it 0 starts if i could.

Sitting in the office now. I love Dr. Kelso, Mark and Kristy.. they are kind and professional. Great diagnostician.. ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very rude front desk. I get being busy, I’m also busy- but I never let my patients feel a burden, and neither should this clinic. My advice is to find joy in what you do, helping people, so you don’t have to feel so bothered at work. Your patients are paying for it.

I have been visiting this clinic for small emergencies since 1989. Dr  Kelso is  a great physician, and her clinical staff  is kind and caring. I knew there would be a wait, but getting good medical care is time well spent.  Pricing is on signage and they are upfront about all costs.

Good doctor, terrible customer service.  The receptionist at the front desk should NEVER be allowed to deal with the general public. She is rude, unhelpful and has zero empathy. It's odd that such a person would be employed as the first point of contact with people who are often in distress.  I've rated this at two stars only because the medical attention we received was competent.   Based on the intake and outtake procedures I would never recommend this urgent care facility.  I hold in exception the nurse was wonderful!! Kudos to her.

Dr Kelso is amazing no doubt about that but staff and customer service is terrible. Only go there if you do not have work to do once you arrive there and have tons of time to kill take you I pad or book or even the sweater maker there as your wait time would be ridiculous. For Yearly Physical we went at 8:05 AM and waited till 9:00 AM and then I asked are they going to see us or not,there were only 2 other patients ahead  of us. That done, I got call back for blood work I forgot to ask a question and when I called them back for additional details for my test the person picked up the phone and said you already had a conversation and did not even listen to my request that just please email me my reports and took my name so that techs can call back that was rude and terrible. I love Dr Kelso, have not experienced a doctor like that she can just look at you and tell what is going on not many other doctors can do. But the staff is very slow and rude.

Dr. Kelso is an amazing Dr! After several years of having issues with my health, Dr. Kelso was the only Dr. to truly listen to me and help figure out what was going on. She has fabulous bedside manner, and all of the nurses who work there are great too, especially Marc! I never mind having to go to the doctor's because they make each trip a pleasure.

Giving this place 3 stars for only one reason.   Dr Kelso and dr Bill Agos are great.  The only problem with the drs there are they do not return calls.   There medical assistants are very rude on the phone.  I advocate for my husband who has a terrible memory.  And when I told the medical assistant I didn’t want to talk to her because of her rudeness.  To please let me talk to someone else.   When I called again for my husband the other medical assistant was rude.  Then I was told by the rude receptionist that the paper I signed to speak on my husbands behalf was shredded.  Well I know for a fact they can’t just shred documents.  And I told receptionist this.  After I said this. They put me on the phone with another rude medical assistant.   Sadly this place does not care about you    Drs don’t return phone calls. And medical assistants are VERY RUDE. Dr Agos is very caring and  nice   Stay away from this place until they get new medical assistants  and a new receptionist.  Office manager is not on premises.  Sent him 3 emails with not one reply. Back so I guess he doesn’t Care either. No surprise there.
