Lynn was so helpful at this resort. Please ask for him for a 2 night, three day stay. The fees to be a member are great. The grounds are clean, lots of grass. I'm leaving tonight but if work didn't call I'd love another week. Quiet, serene and nice people. They have a dock for boats/fishing very close.Service: 5/5
The trailer park needs updated grounded plug ins. It burnt my surge protector and after I let them know, they never put an out of order sign on it for other people. They do need a dog park there as wellService: 2/5
This is a campground for RVs or tents, pop ups and they have 30 amp hookups or 50 amp hookup, sewer, water. There is a swimming pool. kids play area swing, slides, jungle gymRooms: 4/5
This is a great resort. The green we park on in the resort is so gorgeous. We are centrally located to go anywhere for food n entertainment. Noteworthy details: This is an RV resort w/limited cottages to rent. Bring your RV in park on the luscious green. S West is SF, N is Sacramento, with tiny historic towns filled with great food and sites along the way. Take a ferry n see an island here....great places to see in all directions.
I love hanging out at this RV park. It's always clean and always quiet. During the warm weather we sit outside and enjoy the grassy areas which are abundant and the beautiful birds Plus of course the beautiful sunsets and sunrise.Location: 5/5
My partner and I are part of the month to month renters.. Love the people that work there!! My main man Lynn is awesome!! He is the reason I found Delta Shores Nearby activities: At Delta the have many activities mini-golf, horseshoe pits, basketball, swimming pool.. Plus many activities planned for guests to join in Safety: Bathrooms/showers have a code to accessLove Security on-site Walkability: Beautiful areas to walk and enjoy the views
I have been here 7 months. Granted the atmospheric River was a killer. They ordered lots of rock for the mud, but when I asked for rock, I get excuses. It has been a few weeks now since the rain stopped, and I still hav mucky deep mud to walk thru to get to water an drain tank. Tonight we are without electricity for a second night, and employee behind me has had generator going 24/7. I asked him to turn it off, to no avail. Quiet time is 10pm, and it is11:30, . This is going on second night and no sleep, and I drive 250 miles daily for a living. I already lost 3.5 hours today, now could loose more tomorrow. The place needs updating.
We've been coming to this RV resort for 15 years. This view never gets oldRooms: 4/5
The people at the front desk were very nice but that’s where it ended. The entire trailer park is pretty much falling apart with old buildings and very poor roads. What got me the worst was as we were setting up a lady walking her dog, I guess she thought she owned the place. She told me that I needed to slow down that I was speeding like hell through the campground. I checked my dash cam and did realize for a few seconds I was doing 7miles an hour instead of the posted 5, amazing she could tell the difference. I believe this park is full of busy bodies that live there and have nothing better to do than to harass real campers. The next night as we were pulling back into our site the security guard chased us down and told me I had to slow down I was driving way too fast. He was quite a ways down the road Facing us. I asked him if he had a radar gun and he said no he’s been doing this for 35 years and he can tell the difference between five and 7 mph. Must be a miserable job dealing with the people that live there. All in all this campground is just some campsites put out in the middle of a field you can’t even have a campfire. I will definitely stay away from this place.
Yeah, the entrance is steep, but doable for those who are not dramatic, don't let it scare you away. We had no issues with the hook ups at all, electric was perfect, black hose needs those little support things, but it was still usable without them. Is it the Ritz? No. Is it a great family friendly park? 100% Pool, hot tub, mini golf, basket ball court... my kids were in paradise. They even put up a slip and slide that the kids loved! Spots were grassy, decent size. Quiet. Dock was great, kids jumped off of it for fun. We stayed for 2 weeks and will definitely be back. Staff is kind and helpful. Crows and rabbits, even an opossum stopped by. I felt like it was more kid friendly and quieter than Canyon Creek, but I like it there too. Edit to add info: This was Bee time. There are small flowers in the grass on the grounds and bees were pollinating them, while healthy and lovely, all 6 kids and 1 adult got stung walking or running around, because the little guys were hard to see. By the end of our time, I allergic to bees was scared to walk anywhere there was grass and carried my epi pen around. But it's not like they can control the bees and we wouldn't want them using pesticides against them, so it's just a part of being in nature.
