I love the carwash any carwash! This place is nice. I like that they offer hand drying and most of time they do a great job. The wash is costly though, they give you a free wash to claim within a certain number of days. I like to give a nice tip the young people doing cars, especially when it's cold. The only thing I don't like at either of the two that I've been to is that it's so congested. It seems that they could have configured it differently so that it wouldn't be such a hazzard getting in and out. More space is definitely needed. There was no place to vacuum my rugs but for for a sizable amount they would handle it. No thanks. It's not cheap, but for those who like to keep a clean car, they get the job done.
This location was under construction for over a year. Having 2 unlimited cars. I found this location does a very poor job on wheels, and leaves little grease marks on the right side of my white vehicles . This is a recurring issue. I’ve contacted them , and got nowhere. Maybe there trying to cut corners. No way to keep loyal customers.
I’ve had a membership with Delta Sonic for 2 years and this new location is a big disappointment. Car wash left my windshield dirtier than it was, see picture. They only had 1 person drying the cars and 0/10, didn’t use air pressure to dry the mirrors, only used 1 rag for the entire car, windshield is very splotchy
Unprofessional staff, today I wanted to wash the car and do detailing. The young girl was rude, and did not help explain about prices and club membership, lost all desire to visit this company, i do not recommend to visit this place
Can you please change the rollers in the car wash for the tire dressing. The rollers in the wash are way to big and leave the bottom of the cars under carriage with tire dressing along with the rims. The Delta in crestwood use's smaller rollers as did tinley before the remodel. I have been a long supporter for many decades for delta but if this can please be addressed. Thank you
Yesterday I had my car washed at Delta Sonic in Tinley Park. I had bought new wiper blades prior. Celso and Sergio put my new wiper blades on for me. They dried off my car as well. Thanks guys!! Always great service!! Thanks Delta Sonic!!!
Good car wash, couple of the employees are a little pushy when things get busy.
The carwash was good, however. I wanted a touchless car wash. The clerk who sold me the membership confirmed it was touchless. I went through the carwash, and it was not touchless. The clerk told me that it was touchless. I explained that the brushes were not supposed to touch the car. She insisted that it was touchless and that it was their version. I did cancel the membership immediately. If you're not looking for touchless, it's a good wash. *I just changed it to 1 star for the reply you gave me. Touchless washes are touchless. You should advertise that as a soft touch like other places do. At least that way it's clear to the consumer.
Went in got my car super clean went home realized my license plate was gone, went back and was immediately helped by Celso. I don’t know his position but he deserves a raise for being genuinely a good guy very helpfulService: Steam cleaning
Spent $40 each on an interior and wash and tipped very nicely for not one, but 2 vehicles and BOTH cars are STILL dirty. Terrible job. I will be returning for a refund.
